When I had my first appointment with Dr. Do, it was at least 4 or 5 years since my last dental visit. It goes with out saying I wasn't a big fan of dentists. Genetics and poor oral hygiene as a teenager had my teeth in pretty bad shape (in fact, its one of the pictures on here) which only fueled my anxiety about finally making an appointment. From day 1, Dr. Do, Andrew (one of his dental assistants), and the rest of the staff made me feel at home and none of them made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable - something that i cant say about other offices I've been to. I went in expecting the worst and then Dr. Do told me he wanted to help give me something I had never had - a smile I was proud of. I thought the sentiment was nice, but in my mind I thought there was no way we could afford what he wanted to do. Without insurance, getting over 15 crowns, multiple root canals, teeth whitening for my bottom teeth and a few cavities filled would have been unaffordable... but Red Hills gave us every discount possible, and helped approve both myself and mom for 0% interest with Care Credit for almost the entire cost. And the truly unbelievable part was how painless Dr. Do made all that work feel while I was getting it done. The most uncomfortable i ever was was after the teeth whitening, which is unavoidable. Otherwise Dr. Do and Andrew kept constant observation to catch signs i was in pain and check with me frequently. Thanks to Dr. Do and his staff, I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist and I get complements daily on my smile. I have been to this office once before a couple years ago for a cleaning and was disappointed with my cleaning and decided I wouldnt go back. But having state dental insurance you don't really have much choice of where you can go to get a good cleaning or dental work done in general. (At least in my opinion). The lady that did my cleaning was very very nice, but she talked entirely too much and didn't really clean my teeth as good as I've had done before. Fast forward to this year, I had an appt scheduled in January 2023 that I made in November, I was asked if all my information was the same as well as insurance, I confirmed it all was. Address, state dental ins, etc. the day before my appt I get a call to confirm my appt and the front desk receptionist that left the voicemail added at the very end of the message that they no longer accept my insurance.... So I waited almost two months for an appt I thought I would have, just to be told my insurance isn't accepted lol. I've worked trying desk before and checking insurance verifications should be done a week, and a day in advance to make sure there are no changes. But in the first place when answering phones you should be making sure patients ins are contracted directly with the office before even scheduling. It's rude to waste peoples time as they could have found another office that worked for them. Communication was poor and I wouldn't really recommend this office. read more

After a 2-year search, I found the most amazing dentist with an awesome staff. Red Hills Dental is THE dentist everyone should be seeing. Rosa at Front Desk made appointment scheduling very easy. They have an online new patient registration that significantly cut back paperwork on the day of the appointment. Andrew, the dental assistant, is so charming and puts you at ease right away. Dr. Do - no words can describe him. All I can say is I will be his patient for life (well, unless he moves to another state - lol). After a couple of misses in finding my dentist, third was the charm. His dental office is very clean. My insurance paperwork was already handled before my appointment. Dr. Do was upfront on what was covered and what is not. He does not push you to make a decision on the spot. Highly recommend Red Hills Dental. I recently moved to Las Vegas and wasn't planning on tracking down a dentist for another month or so, until I woke up this morning with a tooth infection. I rushed to search locally for a dentist I could trust and I turned to these reviews to find the best choice. "word of mouth" is truly how I discovered this place. Red Hills had an appointment available and everyone was so incredibly understanding, friendly, thorough and accommodating. I was expecting to spend a small fortune for xrays, evaluation, scrips and whatever else I needed but I am so psyched to report how fair and inexpensive my service was. To be honest, dentists scare me and I am insecure about my teeth, but Dr. Do was professional, knowledgeable, he had a gentle hand and is a really good listener. So first off it took my time looking for a dentist, I needed some work done and don't have insurance. Because of this I haven't been to a dentist in about four years so I was really scared about the state of my mouth. I am so happy I made an appointment with Dr. Do, not only is the place nice, his staff is fantastic and where very good at making me feel at ease about the appointment. He went over everything he wanted to do with me, and then had someone go over the cost of everything with me, and I only needed four filling and a deep cleaning and it was super affordable, and the work is great. I've had a great experience at Red Hills Dental. The front desk staff are always welcoming, helpful, and efficient, making check-in quick and easy so I'm seen sooner. The dental assistants are very thorough and make sure all X-rays and prep work are completed before the doctor comes in, which makes each visit feel well-organized and stress-free. Redhills Dental is awesome! It was my first cleaning and treatment there a few days ago, and getting all my paperwork done was easy and efficient. Dr. Do really cares about your comfort.
