Five stars for this dental office and the dentist. Extremely friendly, patient and understanding staff. I was on the hunt for a new dentist (since I live in Roseville and my old dentist is located in Sacramento). Anyways, I was in desperate need of a dentist because I sneezed with my mouth open (never do that because it hurts real badly) and the impact of my sneeze caused my teeth to crash on top of each other. I was experiencing the worst pain of my life. I couldn't chew food because it hurt too much and as a result of it, I could only eat foods that I could swallow like applesauce and yogurt. Needless to say with the help of my husband, he found Ace Dental. I called them to see if they took my insurance which they did (full coverage for X-rays and cleanings). I went to my appointment and I got a full mouth X-ray and an examination. Of course the impact of the sneeze caused some damage in my mouth unfortunately but I have an appointment set up soon to take care of that. The dentist was very patient and kind and when I got my cleaning, it actually felt nice and massaging and the toothpaste tasted good too (bonus). I also have to get a wisdom tooth removed since it is impacted and causing pain in the back of my jaw. The staff gave me a referral in which I will be having surgery to get that removed later this month. I am happy with this decision coming here. It is always a comfort to me coming to a dentist that I can know and trust. read more

This dental office is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. I have been traumatized by prior dentists as a kid, so as an adult I started avoiding dentists all together. My husband pressured me to make an appointment with Ace dental because he said they're "different" and I won't "regret going". I gave them a try and I'm so glad I did. I went for a Molar Extraction in March 2025. After Dr. Sibia extracted the Molar he told me that I need to do a Bone Graph right away. He said if I don't do the Bone Graph with him then he would need to send me later to a Dental Specialist and charge me a lot more - pressured me in to doing the Bone Graph that day. When I told this experience to Cigna Dental I was informed that is unethical. Then the Dental Billing rep told me first the cost would be: $600 - I said excuse me - don't think so. Then later came back with: $415. When I arrived home my husband contacted Cigna and found out that Ace Dental overcharged me by: $228.50. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted the Office Manager at Ace Dental and was informed that Ace needed to wait for Cigna Dental Insurance to send them the Insurance paperwork that showed the correct billing info. Well waited almost 5 weeks then we received the statement in the mail from Cigna Dental.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]So contacted Office Manager at Ace Dental - instead of simply crediting our Visa Credit Card she said we need to come into the office. We came into the office and the Office Manager made us wait 35 minutes before she wrote the check.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The part that really infuriated me was when the Office Manager wrote the check for: $228.50 she wrote: "Only Two Hundred Twenty Eight and 50/100".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If "Only" $228.50 why did we need to wait 5 weeks and have to make an extra trip to Ace Dental to get reimbursed! Prior to paying for a dental treatment with Ace Dental make sure to get a Pre-treatment Estimate from your Dental Insurance - so you don't overpay and need to fight to get your money refunded. read more

Dr. Sibia is my favorite dentist I've had thus far. Going to the dentist in general always makes me a little anxious. Dr. Sibia has made my experiences as pleasant as possible. I've had crowns and fillings performed by him & he is so good at making sure I don't feel any pain. My orthodontist at a separate office has complemented my crowns, he is really great at what he does. He's extremely professional and I really trust his judgement. If you're looking for a dentist - look no further! This practice is absolutely amazing. I was treated with care, and understanding, from the first time I called the practice. I did found them through a referral of a friend, and was hesitant to call, as I had convinced myself that I would need a dentist who would use anesthesia while working on my teeth. I took a leap of faith and called them anyway. Even that first phone call was above and beyond! I was not yet a client and I could tell they truly cared about the experience their patients received. My experience was probably a little different than most as I have an insane fear of the dentist that kept me out of a dental office for nearly 20 years. I was invited in for a basic appointment - x-ray and the dentist would look at my teeth. If I was comfortable at that point, I could have my teeth cleaned. I ended up having my dental work done in 3 sessions over a week so that I would not get overwhelmed. Everyone was absolutely lovely and I never once felt judged. First of all, this dentist is AMAZING! He's friendly, gentle, and very knowledgeable. The front staff are always so friendly and show a genuine interest in me and my life. Even though I missed an appointment once, and sometimes I arrive a few minutes late, they always make me feel welcome. He is the best dentist I've ever had. He's knowledgeable in his specialty and he explains everything to you. I usually feel like I'm being robbed by Dentist offices because of all the terms that they use and figuring if it's covered or not covered... but both the dentist and his staff explained my procedures in full detail and by priority. He listed what I needed to do and what I could hold off on until my insurance resets. This is what I hear at most dental practices "You need a crown that blah, blah, blah, blah $1,300" "And you need a filling on the lower left side and maybe blah blah blah $700" "oh, and blah blah $650 and blah $430 ...next thing you know I'm like WTH? $3,000+ hell no! I thought I had insurance!?!?! Which I do, but after I get home and call my dental insurance they will inform me that certain dentist will charge maximum price for procedures. So I'm really careful on where I go these days. As a result, I literally walked into Ace Dental trying to be optimistic after reading the reviews and wow! My fellow yelpers! Y'all did not let me down!!! He is kind, soft-spoken and gentle. I was literally shaking when I first sat down but by the second time I went in I noticed that my nerves calmed down A LOT! In December I had a really bad toothache that I thought would go away with time but as the days went on my tooth only got worse and worse! I had just moved to the Roseville area from Reno a few months ago so I didn't know any local dentists that could fit me in right away. With my tooth only getting worse I needed to find a dentist! And fast! Thankfully I went on Google and called the first office I saw which happened to be ACE Dental. The women on the phone was very kind and honestly felt for me and looked for any openings. To my surprise I had an appointment for the next day! I was so relieved! I honestly was ready to pull my tooth out if I had to wait one more week! Being that I'm still new to the area I was a little nervous to go to a new dentist. Once I got there I was greeted right away with a nice smile from the women I had talked with on the phone. The front office was beautiful and had a few magazines and a large tv with family feud on it so that was a plus! The rooms where you actually have the work done are great! Theres a comfy big chair with your own personal tv in front of you! They took me right away and figured out the problem and determined what would be the proper care for me. I met my dentist who was very informative and kept me up with what was going on instead of shoving tools around my face and splashing me with water(which I've had happen before at other dentist offices) I also met the dentist assistant who was very sweet and kept up great conversation with me. I had to reschedule for another appointment because I had a bigger problem than what was expected but I was prescribed pain medication and I honestly haven't felt any pain after that day! My tooth problem was taken care of and I've been to this office a few times now and I'm still very satisfied with the service! Everyone is very welcoming and genuinely wants to help you with any big or small problem you might have.
