We…read morestarted having an issue with one of the openers in Jan after open and closing it a few times, we called and texted "local garage door co." multiple times over several days finally got a reply and scheduled an appointment with a 3 hour window, we showed up at the building 30 mins prior to the start time of our 3 hour window, after several hours of waiting and no phone call saying they were canceling, they didn't show. Again multiple calls and text to "local garage door co." to reschedule an appointment finally got another appointment scheduled, confirmed the appointment the night before, we went to the building again for the appointment waited a couple hours, calling and texting to see if they were still coming, no answer to calls or texts and again they didn't show. We recently got a text saying their "only" phone wasn't working as the excuse for not showing??? We have wasted several hours waiting for 2 no show appointments, not sure what the phone issue had to do with driving to a meeting, anyway we told the owners wife we would be at the building at 8 am 2-11-26 and wanted the owner to show at that time since we went with their schedule twice and they didn't show, news flash our time is as valuable as theirs and after paying them $2600.00 to not be satisfied with a door that isn't working and a company that doesn't respect our schedule but demands it be done on their availability??? Then not showing, it's insulting and infuriating. We've decided to have another company repair " local garage door co." non functioning door as we've had difficulty getting ahold of them, getting stood up on scheduled appointments, I have zero trust "local garage door co." has any intention of keeping any appointment once they've been paid. we just want this repair done even though the owner's wife states she wants to handle this professional and clear, they unprofessionally no showed on 2 appointments and even though they seemed clear on the day and times of the appointments didn't show or have the professional courtesy of calling to say they weren't coming. I seriously don't think customers should beg a company to fix their work and then be treated like they're a nuisance. There are ALOT of garage door companies to choose from

Due to the poorer condition of the equipment (the rod was damaged by a previous install or repair), the job took longer than expected, but they pushed through and got it fixed the same day. First time they covered but the second they did not and it should have still been under warranty. Two years ago we had lightening hit the pole next to us which damaged many electronics in our home and we get many power outages. We had them out like three times and they could not fix our issue and thought we were nuts when we would tell them our door was opening on it's own and they thought they fixed it but they did not. We stopped calling them and we replaced a light bulb in the opener and it fixed it. Now why in the world didn't they know to do that. Hundreds of dollars later we have given up on calling them.
