Again multiple calls and text to "local garage door co." to reschedule an appointment finally got another appointment scheduled, confirmed the appointment the night before, we went to the building again for the appointment waited a couple hours, calling and texting to see if they were still coming, no answer to calls or texts and again they didn't show. We recently got a text saying their "only" phone wasn't working as the excuse for not showing??? We have wasted several hours waiting for 2 no show appointments, not sure what the phone issue had to do with driving to a meeting, anyway we told the owners wife we would be at the building at 8 am 2-11-26 and wanted the owner to show at that time since we went with their schedule twice and they didn't show, news flash our time is as valuable as theirs and after paying them $2600.00 to not be satisfied with a door that isn't working and a company that doesn't respect our schedule but demands it be done on their availability??? It was okay that I wasn't there, because the door was stuck open. True to word, technician Brad phoned me from my driveway and told me what he believed was wrong with the door (we agreed). He was there at 2:20! He gave me an estimate over the phone, which I verbally approved. When I got home at 4:15, the door was repaired and he had a new remote control for me. He showed me what he did to repair it. I paid with my Visa the exact amount he quoted me, and he drove away. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The phone was answered by a real person who exhibited kindness and professionalism. She told me the technician's name, and I could see his photo on the website. They do background checks and drug testing of their employees. The technician was early, in uniform, and very professional. I am very pleased.
