I'm so bummed because I think I got scammed. I ordered hair from here on May 8th, it was supposed to arrive on the 22nd and it didn't, I finally got in contact with the company on their website and they told me it would arrive yesterday or today, still haven't received my order and they are impossible to contact about the order so I haven't heard anything in days despite multiple emails. They do not reply. Actually when I check the tracking information it says they never even shipped it! I'm hoping to get either get a reply back on here from posting this or a reply back by email or on the website. If the situation is resolved I will absolutely change this review to 5 stars as I hate leaving bad reviews I am just hoping to get some kind of a response. I'm not even 100% sure this is an actual company at this point. All of the phone numbers they have given me to contact them do not work. I'm bummed because the hair was for a client and this was going to be my regular hair supply so now I have no idea what I'm going to do. I have to say Hady has been a blessing to me and my hair. I've always been curious about hair extensions but my hair is naturally really thin and the idea of investing in extensions so that you noticeably see that its not natural was off putting. Im thankful that my experience w Hady and her husband was nothing but amazing. ITS HUMAN HAIR PEOPLE! Its beautiful to say the least! I have a weird curl pattern that goes straight and curls at weird places but she had the just the right bundle to mix w my natural hair to create this master piece! I walked by this kiosk and the hair was beautiful, I needed extensions by Friday, I went on Monday. I knew it was short notice so I asked and she said it would be fine and she would have them done by Thursday, I text her Thursday, no answer. Called. No answer. Went down to the mall, she wasn't there. Came on Friday, asked for my money back and she was super rude. Didn't even explain why she didn't have them done or what happened. She was extremely rude for no reason. I knew I went on short notice, but if she couldn't do it. Just say you can't. Don't make it seem like you can do it when you can't. Waste of time. Great hair. The qualiry is excellent and the prices are veey reasonable. The three bundles I purchased was more than enough for a full install with the closure. My stylist didn't even have to use the 14" bundle. I can't wait to buy sone deep wave from them. I am on my third install with this hair and it still looks and feels great. I ABSOLUTELY love this location ! The owners are amazing genuinely kind hearted people! If you reading this God Bless You! They go above and beyond for their customers . I fist got my vanity mirror that till this day I use and love ! And then I got their Natural Organic Shampoo, I've bleached my hair back in June 2017 and my hair was not only breaking but it was thinning and falling apart ! I was so desperate I wanted to change my blonde back to black.! But thankfully I gave the shampoo a try got my first bottle around November immediately with the first use I saw the different , my hair was not falling out as much the more and more I used it the less and less that came off .
