After searching and trying many hair stylists in the inland empire I found her on yelp and booked an appointment. She was able to schedule me ASAP. The hair studio was a very nice atmosphere and very clean. I was very impressed by the way she handled my hair and did the perfect relaxer correction, color correction and trim on my hair. She works very fast and efficiently, I was done in less than 2 hours and I made sure to book my next appointment. Her price was also reasonable... you pay for what you get folks. My name is Karen I live in Eastvale . About 6 months I received a bad Japanese straight perm. Chunks of hair broke off and it was uneven overall and too short from what I was use to having. After browsing on line I found a place on wilshire Blvd city of Beverly Hills (area)called His and Hers for hair extensions. I purchased hair and happened to meet D'Lisa a hair stylist- hair extensions expert with 20+years of knowledge. I had her out in my hair and paid a fair price of a full braided weave for $200. I was happy the way my hair looked and I knew for sure I would be returning to her. Fast forward 2 months I needed and adjustment and me living in Eastvale and the salon being in the Beverly Hills area was just too far for me. So I turned to Yelp and starting reading reviews browsing through pictures and finally decided hair by Sheri, I text her abs she replied instantly and asked all necessary questions etc... She a asked if I can take out my weave and wash it before I came in? HELLO Seriously? Isn't that what I am paying you to do???? I made the attempt to remove 10%of the weave. She set me up for a 8:00am appointment. When I made it in I receive a text saying "Lala will remove he weave and wash your hair. I will be there shortly. Lala arrives at 8:45am and removes to weave washes me and sits me down to wait for sherry another 20 minutes so at around 10:00 sherry walks in and starts mumbling words about my hair I asked her to Leave some hair out so I can wear in a pony tail and style it and she basically said you don't have enough hair!! Excuse me but I came in a a full braided weave and hair out. So once towards to end on the install I notice she just PARTED MY HAIR WHEREVER HE HELL SHE PLEASED, BRAIDED MY WHOLE HEAD,ADDED BLACK AND BROWNISH RED EXTENSIONS THAT I NEVER REQUESTED BECAUSE SHE CLAIMED SHE RAN OUT OF HAIR! . WHEN SHE FINISHED MY HAIR FELT STIFF AS A ROCK DUE TO ALL THAT HAIR STYLING CRAP SHE PUT IN IT. WORST PART MY HEAD FELT LIKE A HELMET AND I LOOKED UGLY WITH THE PART AND CHUNKS OF EXTRA HAIR AHE PUT IN. I paid her $270.00 for TRASHY WORK! I immediately drive my self to D'Lisa and she had me looking like a NATUARAL. I was happy and I will never betray my D'Lisa.
