I had a spring break on my 7 X 17 garage door. Called Custom an they came it fairly quickly with a…read moretech and a trainee. Spring was the left side spring. Tech sent the trainee to the truck to get a spring. they replaced the spring and could not to get the door to work. every time they tried to operate it the cables would come off the pullies. After 2 hours I left to go to the bank, they wanted $250.00 in cash or an extra $30.00 for check or credit card. Finally it worked a couple times, paid and they left. 2 days later same thing happened. They came back with a different trainee. They fooled with the door again for over 2 hours and said the bearings were bad causing the cables to pop off. Said I would need a new door, the owner would get back to me the next day. My door was held closed with. pair of vise grips above a roller and charged me another $75.00 cash of course. After 3 days, on the advice of as neighbor, I called Precision. Their tech came out a couple hours and we discussed the problem. Took him 5 minutes to tell me they had put on the wrong spring annd wrong hand spring. Said it was a rookie mistake. Had it repaired and operating in less than hour. Still working properly 6 weeks later. I returned the improper spring to Cuotom and gave Robin pictures of the whole mess. Asked for my money back as they did not fist the door, damaged it on one corner, lend greasy hand prints Afrocentric the bottom of the door and left cigarette buts in the driveway and half smoked in the garage. If anyone is interested in the pictures, call me 502-565-8274. I gave them a 1 as there in not a 0. Would I recommend them,HELL NO. One thing I for got to mention, after they left the first time, my neighbor across the street cam over and wanted to know what was going on. Said he could hear screaming at each other in his house. It was an extremely expensive bathroom for cheap supplies and terrible work. Let's see, the crown molding installed is not flush at at least two points. The quarter round placed at the bottom of shower pan they never would seal, looks like it was cut by a fifth grader. They lied when the bottom of the cabinets was missing wood and told my girlfriend it is supposed to look like that. They literally caulked the vanity to the faceplate on an electrical outlet. Another area they caulked is not done correctly. They ordered the wrong cabinet for our bathroom and it looked ridiculous. Took about three months to get the correct cabinet in. The glass guy they contracted out for our bathroom mirror did not install the correct mirror that was asked for. Now, we've discussed this with Warren and the total compensation is about $2K because they ate $4K for ordering the wrong cabinet. Does not really seem like our problem. Don't use this business. They have some decent reviews, but they are awful. You'll have better luck doing this yourself and A LOT cheaper.

As I had been building a wine collection stored mostly in boxes in a cool room in my basement, I…read moredecided my quarantine project at home to keep me busy would be to make a full-on wine cellar with one of my rooms. Wine Cellar Innovations has tons of information on their site on how to start on the project, and it was a lot of fun to clear out the space, insulate it, and get it ready for their racks. The racks themselves were great quality mahogany, and largely assembled. It takes a bit to get the hang of the way they go together, but once you build your first rack, the others go together super easy. They even included an air nailer setup which made it a breeze - I couldn't imagine doing it any other way! They also offer a free design service which I tried (because hey, it's free, why not?), but I wanted to add a bit more complexity to my design, and as you can probably already tell I'm more of a DIY person in that regard anyway, I took on measuring and fitting in components they have available. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, and the only reason it's not 5 stars is that despite them including multiple spare pieces in the racking kits, there were a few pieces that came incorrectly cut from the factory. I contacted them and they sent replacements no questions asked, so it was only a bit of delay in completing the project. Overall, the project came out amazing and I recommend WCI to anyone looking to build wine racks. They're well built and well-priced.

I brought my daughter here a few weeks ago to see the butterflies after remembering that my son enjoyed them when he was her age. At the time my son was here (years ago), the admission was free. However, it's now $10 per person. I was a bit daunted by this because I thought $10 just to see the little butterfly greenhouse garden was a bit much... .... then after we exited the garden, we stumbled across an amazing children's outdoor play garden! I did not recall seeing this place before and my daughter was absolutely delighted! We loved it so much that we left to go pick up my son and bring him back the same day. They both spent hours playing in the dirt, with the toy food, climbing the structures, making a water fountain, playing in the tent, and so forth. Definitely worth the $10 per person for them to have that experience. We were also blown away by the fun selection of decor and children's garden toys and accessories inside the shop. The employees were super friendly and nice, too. Great spot. Will definitely be back. This place has also inspired me to consider having a garden. Maybe.

We visited here with our family on a warm day in March hoping to see butterflies. One of the staff…read moremembers kindly told us that the best time to see many beautiful butterflies is around mid-May, so we plan to come back then. Even though we didn't see many butterflies this time, the visit was still wonderful. The greenhouse is full of beautiful flowers and the landscaping is very well done. It's such a peaceful and relaxing place to walk around. We also bought a lemon tree, which became a lovely gift for our daughter. Highly recommend visiting. Especially after May if you want to see lots of butterflies!
