I had the worst and most horrible experience except for Kiki, she was amazing! 1st let's start the fact that I had an appointment and when I came was not greeted or acknowledge which was very rude. Once I stated I had an appointment they disregarded that and I still had to wait 30 whole mins. Once she did my nails she then said that I had to pay well above the price because my nails were long but she CUT my nails down so why would I be getting charged for length that was removed. They are extremely rude and I do not recommended them they are SCAMMERS. Don't waste your time and money at this establishment you will be VERY VERY VERY disappointed. This was my first and last time at this nail salon. I had found them on yelp mind you I also called before going in I asked about gel polish prices and they told me one thing.... BUT when I got thw re had everything done they tell me I owed $ 71. I was like how when you quoted me one price on top of that yelp said they had been offering a 20% discount ... that place was just a scam .. Oh and I had picked a color of a dark orange so the lady had told me it wasn't coming out right. So I had picked another color a dark blue I had looked at my feet before she could put the color on and my feet still had some of the orange on it. The inside is very nice. They say complementary sodas, water, wine but I was offered nothing. My nail tech Trang was terrible. She drilled to long and burned my actual nail at least 4x. She couldn't get the shape of my acrylic nails to Match and someone else had to come over and reshape my nails. The waxing room is nice although you are in there with someone else. They charge $2 extra for opi gel colors which I have never seen. There is a guy that greets you, mostly likely the owner, and he comes off rude and lazy but I think it's just hard for him to understand and communicate. I should have written this review a year ago. This is hands down the best nail spot. I drive from Nashville just to see everyone here. If you are looking for the perfect nail shape Mary Kim is the bees knees. Pure perfection. I have tried to find a place that gives a better pedicure, and I can not find one. All of the ladies do a great job. Maria, Chung Kim, and Tina all deserve a shout out. Pick one of the herbal spas. Trust me it is worth it. Who wouldn't love a chocolate pedicure. Amazing nails, amazing service, amazing prices. My co-workers and I love this place. We go every three weeks to get our nails dipped. Hoa is amazing at the dipping and knows our group by name. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, family nail salon. They are fast and efficient as well. If we are stretched for time we typically make an appointment to get right in. They do a very good job for a reasonable price, but after sitting in the chair for a long time, I found it to be uncomfortable and had to stand up midway through my pedicure. If they got new chairs, I'd highly recommend the place. Without, I don't want to go back. Maybe this was just the particular chair I sat in because I did not have this problem the first time I visited the salon. It was the second or third chair from the back wall. The work performed is good, but the prices fluctuate. The price list says dip is $30 but I was told my nails would be $35 because of the length more product had to be used. Mine you my nail are about a half inch long. So I asked the owner if I have to pay because more polish is used then I should be discounted if I get a french because less polish is used. This is my favorite place to get my manicure and dip on my fingernails! The husband and wife owners are great and really work to make sure my polish dip stays on and they even give you a free neck shoulder massage at the end of your manicure! I ended up leaving because the customer service was absolutely terrible. I was visiting town with my GF and our friend recommended Ace Nails. She needed a main/pedi and like the good BF, i joined her. The place is gorgeous! Seriously. It is open and airy and well ventilated, not like other places where it takes 10 minutes just to get used to the chemical scent. It has a fancy shmancy feel to it like a nice day spa, but the prices are totally reasonable. I was even talked into my first manicure. My hands are soooo soft now. Very clean place. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It took a little longer than normal to get my pedicure and Shellac manicure because the UV lights are not built into the table, but they were also extremely careful doing my nails. I'll be interested to see if it lasts as long as it does when I have my nails done at other places, but I think I may have a new favorite spot! read more

The wait was really long and I watched many people walk out. The nails that were done looked reallly good though. If you have kids I don't recommend bringing them at all. That's why I am giving them a 3 star rating. I watched the one gentleman that worked there make three families leave for feeling unwanted. He pointed at the kids and instead of focusing on my nails he kept looking up watching every little move that the kids made. He asked one lady if those were her kids and she said yes and he said we don't want kids running around you have them stay here and come with us. She said no that her children don't run around and are well behaved. He said no so she said she would take her business elsewhere and walked out. Another woman had her two kids and he made a big deal of something stick on the floor and came out with the mop and an attitude when her children didn't even do that. So if you don't have kids with you and your looking for a large dip powder color selection and something cheap then go. But if you care how your talked to...don't go. I pix $28 for the dip powder. I almost don't want to write this review for fear of this becoming too poplar of a place! However, the service and place are great so I want them to do well. The place is very upscale looking without the upscale price. The color in the spa is a serene gray color and puts you in a nice relaxing mood. The staff was friendly and they have mounted tvs in the pedicure area and one in the nail area. They are running a promotion since they just opened so now is the time to go as the prices are competitive and reasonable. They also offer a neck massage during your manicure which was a nice add. Today was my first visit, and my elementary school aged daughter was with me. She did a mani/pedi, and I received a full set of gel nails (and chose to go long, by artificial nail standards). We had a great experience! It was very upscale and classy. The pedicure spa is separated from the nail area by a half wall, with an opening to walk thru. It was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to talk to my nail professional in a normal voice - unlike some establishments where you have to yell. It was fantastic! They did a great job on my daughter, and I am beyond impressed with the quality of work Kim did on my nails. Hao, the owner, also seems like a great guy, and he was very professional when closing out my transaction. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of work and service you receive, combined with the atmosphere and free beverages. This is now my "go to" salon, and the experience was so great that I will now make going to the spa a priority (a first for me)! read more
