We had a time sensitive print request. Frank guaranteed our order would be done in 2 business days. After almost 2 months later, giving several products in order to complete the needed prints, Frank increased the price. He repeatedly delayed his turnaround after verbal and written promises guaranteeing completion. He shared that the order was complete and just needed to be picked up repeatedly. It took many phone calls and emails to follow up when he said he would call us back. He said the order was done but then the morning we were going to drive to pick it up, he emailed saying he couldn't complete it. All the products we gave him were damaged and not returned back to us. We have followed up again and again and did not hear back from him. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Could never recommend. read more
