While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. Needless to say, the roof, deck and the siding of my house took a severe beating. I heard about Randall from a friend, so I gave them a ring and the owner, Ed, handled everything from the beginning like a pro. He came to my house and met with my State Farm claims representative when they came out to inspect the damage, which really put my mind at ease because I know insurance companies can be shady about what they cover. Thankfully, they determined that my whole house was totaled so there was no back and forth over that. Because my roof wasn't leaking, I asked Ed if we could hold off on doing all of the work until spring when I was sure no more hail storms would be blowing through, and he was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to schedule the work for mid-March. His actual team that did the work was awesome, especially Tito. Ed took care of all dealings with the insurance company, which was so appreciated since I'm a new homeowner and frankly had no idea what I was doing. He was really easy to work with and took his time to diagnose the issue so we wouldn't just be throwing thousands of dollars at the problem hoping to get it.
