I called and placed an order over the phone like I usually do. The lady I spoke to when I called…read morewas not the same person that I usually speak too. First, when I called the person answering the phone answered as if she was answering a personal phone. When I asked her for her name she became upset and hung up on me. I called back and she answered the phone again, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I'm pretty sure she was a new girl because I've never spoke with her before but due to her disrespectfulness I won't go back.

The quality is excellent and the price was extremely reasonable which helped with this fund raiser. We won't have the Convention again for a while but we will be getting our letterhead, envelopes and any posters there. Very, very worth the short drive to Oriskany Falls from Verona.
