As of right now it's currently fading after only a few months done and was told by another reputable company that the tint that was used was cheap tint. I spent hood money for premium work yet in return received cheap work. All I asked of this dude was to fix a few things and stand by his work. In return he blocks me from his company's page due to a post I commented on just asking why he is not responding to my messages. Made an appointment for 7/2/2019 to have a windshield replaced on a 2019 Subaru Legacy. No…read moreinsurance involved - I was paying out of pocket. Approximately 3 hours later I received a call telling me that the windshield was replaced but they couldn't get the recalibration to complete. When I asked for details I was told that it is not unusual to have problems with Subarus and OEM windshields. The consolation prize was that they would replace with a Subaru windshield for the same price. The quoted price was not contingent on their ability to recalibrate an OEM windshield so there shouldn't have even been a question about the price. I was given another appointment for 7/9 to replace the windshield AGAIN. Three hours later I get a call that once again the recalibration failed. They recommend I take it to the dealer. Consolation prize: I won't be charged for the recalibration - the recalibration they couldn't complete. Car tied up for two days, my time wasted dropping it off and picking it up and bottom line is that the windshield was replaced and I need to spend even more time now taking it to the dealer. It appears that Subaru windshields can be problematic so I'm not sure why there isn't more respect for the customers and being up front about that in the beginning. If I was told that I would have gone directly to the dealer. Instead, I thought this would be faster and easier. Wrong. No compensation at all. Will never use this company again and I will also spread the word.
