They have a huge selection of replacement parts and the people behind the RC counter are extremely knowledgeable. They have given us tips and advice without making us feel stupid or embarrassed for not knowing the answers to things yet. We have been in here 3 times this week and EVERY time they have had the part we needed, along with diagrams on what is needed to fix said parts, (and the knowledge of why said part probably broke... oops ). Great customer service is hard to find ESPECIALLY right now. It is a truly wonderful team they have here. Oh and they have more than just RC stuff....
