One of the best customer service experiences I've had in the long time. They made me remember how it should feel whenever businesses interact with customers! We had an older vehicle where Honda said they no longer had access to sell those keys, but that I could take a cut code to Lowe's or Home Depot or such. When I was about to leave Honda, the lady in parts said that there was also another place down the road a few minutes that could help out. I explained that I wasn't from the immediate local area and that I would just swing by Lowe's on my way home. She said okay and then preceded to tell me they might not know what I would be referring to with a cut code right off the bat. Nervous that I would be wasting time stopping by Lowe's, I decided to give Ace Unlocks a try, especially since it was less than five minutes away. Upon my arrival to Ace Unlocks, the set up was noticeably different than what I expected-- due to the Coronavirus-19. However, one of the employees ensured me that he would be with me in just a moment which gave me peace of mind that they were still operational. Within five minutes, he had heard what I needed, retrieved the supplies needed, and had cut the key. The interaction was incredibly efficient, polite, and really left an impression on me! Ace Unlocks is superb! They came out right away when we needed to change the locks on my mother's home several months ago. Very courteous and did a great job. Recently my husband and I contacted them to re-key all the locks on our residence. Response time was within an hour. Bill, the locksmith, was very nice and professional. Handed me his business card upon arrival. A perfect gentleman who did the job in a timely and efficient manner. huge shoutout to Brandon! my son could not get into his car today after we purchased a vehicle.. the keys ended up NOT being cut for us to where he could not unlock car.. but Brandon went above and beyond and cut his key for him so he could get in/out of vehicle and went into great detail about the FOB which also wasn't working. I almost never leave reviews, but this place is absolutely expert level. I showed up just after noon to see if I could get a key fob for my Chevy Malibu which has never had a fob since I bought the car. It was quite busy, but even with 5 other customers there at the same time, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They checked my car for me to make sure it was compatible, programmed the key fob, then rung me out for WAY cheaper than what a dealership charges. I just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot, and unfortunately, it only had one key. I called every dealership and locksmith in Mobile, and the quotes were between $288-$350! I needed to replace the FOB on my Dodge Dart. The dealer quoted me $175.00 for the FOB and $175.00 to program it, however, they didn't have any in stock. I called ACE and they said they had it in stock and I could come right over. When I got there he looked at the FOB and said he could fix it. He replaced the pad and charged me $10.00. WOW!!!
