The dogs always smell great and look handsome when they are done. They only take a couple dogs at a time (at the most) and are prompt with pickup calls. I never have to worry that my dog is waiting in a kennel for long periods of time before, during or after grooming. Tidy tails has saved us during multiple skunk escapades and a disastrous run in with half the forests burrs (on our long haired old man).

Amy is so patient with my little old man and will work tirelessly to do the best job she can. Once when we arrived to pick him up, she was calmly sitting with him in a chair, trying to do gentle little snip snips as he would grumpily allow. His appointment was technically over, but she was still committed to giving him the best haircut possible. That patience and love meant a lot to me. That image sticks with me! I called her for our regular appointment and she let me know that she "can no longer groom him" and truly left me in the dust. I asked her why she didn't let me know about 4 weeks ago when I picked him up from his grooming and she replied, "oh sorry but ya no." This is just bad business and poor ethical ownership.
