I again try to make a purchase of a 2024 Ford Bronco with Dollar Bank Financing that has not arrived yet and I am still waiting on. I have had many calls from Carvana employees requesting a copy of the back and front of a check that I would not receive since the check would go to Carvana and the title would go to the bank and the vehicle would come to my home address where I would then start payment to the bank. I am very frustrated, confused and upset that I have been mis-lead concerning Carvana purchase and delivery to my home and driveway. I am ocd about paperwork but they sent me messages in the middle of my work day so i had no notice and only a matter of a few hours to get it done but i did it and then they didnt review it in time so i was already getting frustrated. Took their crappy loan when i am far more qualified for better rates just to get the car because i figured i would refinance it and save the headache of prearranging financing. Mind you this was 4 days before the car was supposed to be delivered. Now its about 12 hours before my delivery window is scheduled and these psychos message me and tell me after their "rigorous" inspection of my nearly new car they found something wrong and it will be two weeks before i get it. Am i supposed to trust the quality of this car now?!? Their AI customer service is a joke and wont give me any details on what the issue is or where the hell my car is at currently. I have a loan, i have insurance, but i don't have a car. Get the pleasure of calling them tomorrow where i am sure i will get more patronizing condescension and no results when i demand a manager. I hate going to car dealerships to buy a car but at least after a dealer lies to your face you still leave with your car THAT day. I get the joy of feeling car buying rage for the next two weeks to probably get stuck with a 2024 lemon. Carvana has no shame. Where TF is your task timer carvana?!??!

When we come here for our regular maintenance we are greeted politely, always by name, they go the extra mile, always get back to me in regards to surveys, etc. I honestly cannot say one bad thing about this place even if I had something to say. Customer service is a huge thing to me and these guys and gals all go above and beyond. And that is why we will always come back to buy from Shorkey Kia, and it's why I recommend Shorkey Kia to my family, friends, coworkers, customers, etc. Update: 12/10/18 we traded in my Sorento and got a 2019 Sportage. Lisa and Tony were the best. Lisa helped me over the phone with everything. Tony helped us finalize everything in person. We were in and out in no time. Even talking with Ryan in service while my Sorento was there for a recall, he took care of me since my usual maintenance tech is no longer there. As always we are super impressed with the service we get at Shorkey Kia and this is why we won't ever shop anywhere else. You guys have a loyal customer for life.

As I continue to get responses (over 200 of them now) from various groups I'm getting to see how unprofessional they really are to their customers. Please keep the comments coming so as many people as possible are aware. I am writing about a serious safety issue caused by Jim Shorkey Kia service center that they are refusing to take responsibility for. I want to share this frustrating situation in hopes of getting some accountability. I took my vehicle to Jim Shorkey Kia for service, and when I got it back there were several issues that were not present before: a misaligned wheel, air bubbles in the coolant system, and the airbag warning light on. Jim Shorkey Kia corrected the wheel alignment and addressed the coolant issue. However, they are refusing to take responsibility for the airbag sensor, even though the warning light appeared only after the service. Airbags are critical safety features, and a warning light means the system may not function properly in the event of an accident. My wife is currently driving this vehicle with our children, knowing the airbag system may not deploy properly if something were to happen, and the dealership service center that broke it is now asking for $3,400 to fix it. That is beyond frustrating. Customers trust dealerships to service vehicles safely and when it involves a safety system like airbags, accountability should not be optional. Before taking our vehicle to the dealership, we had a reputable independent service center run a full diagnostic. They have since confirmed the airbag light was not on and stated they would testify to that if necessary. From there, the vehicle went directly to the Kia dealership. I have extensive documentation showing the issue originated at the dealership, and I never expected a dealership to deflect responsibility over such a critical safety matter. Because this is a serious safety concern, I currently have a case filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and will also be filing complaints with and the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, the service center at Jim Shorkey Kia on Route 30 in North Huntingdon has shown that they cannot be trusted to prioritize customer safety, and instead appear willing to save a buck over the safety of my family. Please be cautious if you are considering dealing with them.

I searched online and narrowed my criteria to a price, mileage, one owner, no accidents, within 25 miles of me. I knew from experience the market supply was scarce, the car prices were high, and odds of finding one locally depended on looking online vs. the old days of going from dealership to dealership. Voila! I found one checking off every box at this dealership and bonus points for being within 5 miles of me and a certified condition vehicle. I immediately drove there to check its availability. As I parked, Rob was there to greet me and I asked if he could help. And help, he did! We took my soon-to-be-mine Chevy Spark for a test drive. The dealership had performed all the mechanical checks, they washed it, and it met all my criteria. The buying process was easy, the team was friendly and professional, and the car is mine. They have a service department which I plan to use.

I went in to get my parking brake fixed in my 2019 Chevy Equinox and was initially quoted $1,450 if I ONLY needed the module and $2,152 MAXIMUM if I needed calipers too. I had to pay $218 for a "diagnostics fee" on top of that even after VERY hesitantly agreeing to get the work done after much convincing for their supervisor that they could be trusted, I even signed the quote. I bring the car back on Monday and it takes them a WEEK to finish repairs after telling me it would only be a day, two at MOST. I go to pick up my car, and am told that it will ACTUALLY be $3,069 for the repairs but since they already finished the work, there was nothing I could do about it. They SO graciously refunded me for the diagnostic fee so my NEW total is $2,851 (after being quoted MAX $2,152). BUT DONT WORRY, they work with a third-party loan company, Sunbit, that can help with financing. I was told that my best option is the 9 month repayment plan, and ASSURED that it will be interest free. I had to pay a $582 down payment and left. I take my car home, and not even 2 days later, I'm having issues with my fan still running well after turning the engine off. I had to return MULTIPLE times for this reason because they "kept repairing parts but the issue would return not long after". After paying for multiple useless repairs for that issue, I decided to take it to a DIFFERENT shop and they fixed my thermostat for $1,200. My tire pressure sensor light has ALSO been on since their "repairs" so it no longer registers the PSI of my tires. To make matters somehow WORSE, I come to find out 6 months later after calling Sunbit, that the loan was NOT interest free and they had lied. Sunbit filed a formal complaint against this location because of this. I was charged an extra $232 in interest over the course of the 9 month repayment plan. So I call Riverview to get this resolved. I speak with a supervisor named Mike who tells me basically tough s*** and they will NOT be doing anything about it. They stole THOUSANDS right out of my pocket. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES. I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION, GO TO THE RIVERVIEW IN NORTH HUNTINGTON INSTEAD THEY ARE AMAZING! BRYAN, MIKE, JAKE CHRIS AND EVERYONE ELSE AT THIS LOCATION, YOU SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED WITH ANYONES VEHICLE.

I took off work to see the car, and I showed up to a car that had rust under the paint and scratches all over the bumper. The salesmen could have been straight with me, but that wasn't the case. If these were this easy to pick out in under two minutes, what would 10 minutes prove or a couple of months? about 1 hour After I left the not-so-good review, on Google Al The salesman I dealt with sent me a nice text. The funny thing is he didn't deny what I left in the review he just didn't like the truth. Hopefully, he has a better co-worker, you can talk to.
