It was a fully loaded Jeep grand Cherokee Limited and was beautiful on the outside but should never have been sold in such condition it was a death trap and nowhere near Worth the 12 grand I have into it so far! I am ocd about paperwork but they sent me messages in the middle of my work day so i had no notice and only a matter of a few hours to get it done but i did it and then they didnt review it in time so i was already getting frustrated. Took their crappy loan when i am far more qualified for better rates just to get the car because i figured i would refinance it and save the headache of prearranging financing. Mind you this was 4 days before the car was supposed to be delivered. Now its about 12 hours before my delivery window is scheduled and these psychos message me and tell me after their "rigorous" inspection of my nearly new car they found something wrong and it will be two weeks before i get it. Am i supposed to trust the quality of this car now?!? Their AI customer service is a joke and wont give me any details on what the issue is or where the hell my car is at currently. I hate going to car dealerships to buy a car but at least after a dealer lies to your face you still leave with your car THAT day. Although my husband and I were impressed with the numbers, we felt we would need to wait a few months until we would be ready to buy the EXACT 2018 Outlander we wanted (the Limited Edition). A Representative who was there for a special New Year's Vehicle Upgrade Program Event came and spoke with us. He listened to our situation and actually found a very surprising way to help us. Before completing the credit application, we clearly instructed the dealership to run financing through Capital One only. Despite this, our credit was pulled three times with other lenders, resulting in higher payment options than our pre-approval--and Capital One was never even run as requested. It was evident the focus was on maximizing backend financing profit rather than honoring our agreement. After this experience, we chose to leave. It's extremely disappointing to invest that kind of time and be misled in such a fundamental part of the transaction.
