He took time to show me what the problem was and explained why putting in a Moen filter is just a wast of time. He had to cut the wall in order to put a new valve in and found out that the hot and cold pipes are switched. When he left, my shower and the hole in wall was so clean, I knew he did an impeccable job! He was a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable and not only in the plumbing profession.
