Disrespectful drivers and owner doesn't care. Drivers come into a mobile home park at 7 am blaring their radio, with the bass up high as if they have a sound system in a company minivan. I politely asked the driver, one day, to turn it down next time and he didn't care. I told him I'd call his boss, and he tells me "I don't give a fuck". Real classy and professional. I called the owner, he said that was uncalled for and he would take care of it yet here we are a weeks later. This has been going on for a few months. Continuation of Camera-Gate 2013. I am choosing my words very carefully because I talked to the company's lawyer today, and he made overt insinuations. We will get to that later. Last night I got two phone calls from the owner of Aces Limousine. I was not going to answer the phone because of our last dialogue. I told him I wished I had him on tape, so I could have proof of what he said, and he responded with "I bet you wish you did." So... I wanted a tape of his conversation. He was super duper polite on voice mail. I wrote an email to the facebook page where all the messages were posted at 6:45pm last night, saying I would be out there at about 1pm. We got out there at 2pm, and the property was locked tight. I called the phone number and said I wanted my camera, and where could I get it? "The camera is in a secure location, you can get it tomorrow or Thursday between 5 and 7pm. Which works better for you?" I said neither. I would like to come get it now, because I will not feel the property is in a secure location until it is in my hands, and I can inspect it. He repeated, almost as if recorded, "you can get it tomorrow or Thursday between 5 and 7pm. Which works better for you?" After I get off the phone, there is a message from his lawyer. I am keeping it in my cell phone bank so that way I can never be accused, in any sort of formal or informal capacity, of misrepresenting his comments. While this is not all relevant, I don't want to be accused of redacting key information. The end is the most interesting. "Mr. Brown, this is attorney ___. I represent Aces Limousine and they called me. I guess you left a camera in the car and they uh, the one owner, Peter, I guess checked it and I guess did not find it. I guess they checked in the wrong car. They have many that are all identical, and he checked the wrong car and his son later checked said maybe you're not looking in the right place and was able to find it. They got the camera; they want to give it back to you. They called me as to what should they do. And of course I said they should obviously make it available to you. And I want to make sure you have, you arrange to pick it up, so that it has been obtained. And I guess it is a fairly expensive camera, so um if you would give me a call I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to see this facilitated so that it can be returned. Um I also understand that there is some pretty negative things put on the facebook page, which it really should come down. These are two very fine people and run a very very good business and not people that are trying to play games with you. They really do want to give it back to you and never would never intend to retain something like that, so please give me a call back." That is the exact transcript of the voicemail, and I will play it for you if you wish to hear it. I would hate to be stuck in a defamation suit by the lawyer of these very very fine businessmen from Aces Limousine, who have been obviously working very hard to get my camera back to me. Mind you, I called his attorney right back. We talked for 26 minutes exactly. He started out by legitimately hearing me out, and totally understood where a little empathy would have gone a long way, and perhaps the negativity could heighten the situation. Ultimately, the call ended after the. 26 minute mark because the LAWYER FROM ACES LIMOUSINE HUNG UP ON ME. He kept saying that he couldn't do anything other than letting me pick up the camera 45 minutes from my house one day after I was at the designated meeting location. When we discussed facebook, I said that I did not initiate any posts on their facebook page, and I never reported anything but fact on their page. Fact is damming enough, in my opinion. I followed up by saying I WOULD NOT ask my friends to stop posting things on their wall. I have no control over my friends' actions. And none of my friends have been defaming the company. The final straw for this attorney, who told me more than once, "I have to go. I am a busy man," was he would ask me if it was okay, and I said no. I told the lawyer that in my opinion, I personally think that, while they are going to get me the camera, they are making it as difficult as possible. And I will not agree that these are very very good businessmen until they get me my camera. I guess because I did not agree that this was okay, he felt I was wasting his time. Remember, these are very very good businessmen, and no one should write anything negative on the Aces Limousine facebook wall because they are very very good businessmen, only trying hard to get me my camera back on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 5pm and 7pm, 45 minutes from my home. read more

Just tried to call for a quote for a car service. When I told him the date he rudely said he can't do it and hung up. I was stunned! What business hangs up on a customer? Zero customer service and won't be getting any future business from me. read more

Be very aware of the refund policy regarding deposits. I am out of town and booked them based on the very limited availability in the area. I booked a limo for a bachelorette party less than 2 weeks ago. Now that it is off I attempted to get my refund back and was told no EVEN IF THEY RENT IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Seems like pretty bad customer service and a shady business practice. read more

HORRIBLE LIMO AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER... HORRIBLE LIMO AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE we rented a "lincoln towncar stretch limo" for a friends 40th birthday to go on a 6 hour wine tour in August. The limo was disgusting to say the least. Very dirty with a ketchup like stain on the back rounded seat. The limo shook terribly when it went over 40 MPH!! Also, the driver did not show us how to use any of the controls in the limo. It was very hot that day and the only means of air was a hole (literally) by the back door that was shooting cool air out. The radio had to be re-programmed every time we got back in and was nearly falling out of the brackets. I sent an email that following Monday stating my concerns with no response. I called today to see if they received my email and asked why I never got a response and he (Mike) stated that he just thought I was voicing concerns and did not think that it required a response!! He said that they took the limo for a test drive and that none of the issues that I stated were happening except for the radio needing re-programming. I did say that I was shocked that he felt that I needed no response. I feel that if I took the time to write an email that the least they could do is respond in some way! I'm from the South. Owner, Mike is running a limo service out of Buffalo, NY. But you would think he was right down the road the way he treated me. (No offense New Yorkers...you guys have it right...you get right to the point.) I had several questions and Mike never rushed me, and was never impatient with me. Thee absolute worst limo company in Buffalo. Late for our wedding, limo driver didn't greet or even help any of the ladies onto the bus, the short tempered driver hit a car and just kept driving and denied it afterwards. The guys had to drive themselves to the wedding because of the incompetence of this company. DO NOT BOOK FOR WEDDINGS, too important of a day to hire a company that has owners that blame their customers for their own ignorance and shortcomings as business owners in the service industry. read more

We used aces for our wedding day. They were early which kept us from stressing out about getting to the church on time, the limo was clean, and big enough for everyone.
