Anyway, Jim, the tour salesguy assured us that the tours would cost more when we got to our hotel. As we were staying at the Marriott Fallsview (which is is not cheap) we had already said we would try and cut down on other "luxuries". Jim was right, the hotel tours were more expensive. We paid $84.97 total pp for a 4 hour tour which included Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls, and a few other stops. Nick, our tour guide picked us up on time and he was wonderful. Lots of jokes-- some were funny, the ones that weren't were still funny b/c they were cheesy. Overall, a great and informative guy--even told us where to get good, cheap food. Now, why is it cheaper than the other tours? While everyone else is riding around in the comfort of a climate controlled bus or one of those modern mini-bus/vans, we were shoveled into a white (off white due to age) 14 passenger dodge van. Yes, the regular old style dodge van. No climate control -- it was either too hot or when we opened the window to get air, the draft was killing me. I didn't say anything about the draft b/c I had already asked for the window to be opened. Stepping in and out of the van you could see massive rust. Seats were not comfortable b/c remember, you're in an old van. The saving grace of this tour was the great and informative tour guide, who also doubles as the driver, Nick, and the cost.

Very positive feedback on all accounts. My wife and I almost went on a tour for our honeymoon 30 years ago based upon our friends "then" recommendation. Things didn't come together then unfortunatley. But, this summer, for our 30th anniversary, we were going to "finally" take that honeymoon trip. Well, you know what happened Spring of 2020. No trip. Of course we are disappointed. I'm sure Beach's is disappointed too. BUT, I can say this. First of all, Beach's didn't cash my full payment check back in Feb or early March. Their policy was to take the deposit only and the rest later. They refunded that check without my asking. THEN, as they were forced to cancel the trip, they have offered full refund. No questions asked. You don't find good people running good business' like this everyday. While we have not yet been on the tour, every minute of working with Beach's has been professional and above expectations. We look forward to when we're all able to travel freely again and to when we can experience the Beach's hospitality on the road. Highly Recommended.

He's a skilled rider, knowledgeable guide, he prepares very well, and when something beyond his control goes awry (as inevitably something will) he has contingency plans ready. His dry sense of humor is a bonus. All we have to do is ride, eat, and revel in beautiful scenery. The only challenge is how to take it all in. The drivers are friendly, informative and helpful when making decisions about what to see or where to go in the area. I've taken advantage of the bike rack in front of the vehicles many times. My most recent use of the shuttle was to bike around the area with my son. We boarded in Lewsiton, with our bikes (there are only room for two on the shuttle), and got off at Whirlpool State Park. We rode on the upper gorge trail, a bit bumpy but doable, along the Niagara River, through the state park near prospect point. We continued along the river to just past the north grand island bridge where there's a nice little park. We had some fruit and rested a bit by the water. People were fishing, there was a group playing music (guitar and bongos) and a few more bikers in this quaint park near 60th street on Buffalo Ave. On the way back we stopped at the old stone chimney....built in 1756....moved 4 times throughout the years to this "final" spot. We went through the tourist area around Falls Street and headed to the Discover Center where we wanted to pick up the shuttle. We saw the shuttle just leaving as we were coming into the parking area but luckily it was the same driver who recognized us and stopped so we could board. We got to tour the stops in Niagara Falls on the way home like the NAAC (Niagara Arts and Cultural Center) and the Oakwood Cemetery (where daredevil Annie Taylor is buried). We got off in Lewsiton completing our fun day. The shuttle continues on to Fort Niagara and stops in Youngstown but we didn't go that far. It was interesting to hear people coming on and off at different stops from all areas of the country and abroad. The shuttle added a lot of interest to our day. I'm glad to see many people taking advantage of this cool free service.

He picked up my bags, even though I offered to help with them, and escorted me to the car, parked very close. He only confirmed my final destination, which he already knew, and off we went. I was impressed with the comfort of the limo, nice plush seats, and the temperature. The driver offered casual conversation, but could see that I was engrossed in work, and therefore stayed quiet the rest of the trip. Upon arriving at my hotel, the driver was very helpful in retrieving my bags, and making sure they were inside the hotel lobby where the bellhop could grab them and take them to my room. I will definitely use Buffalo Limo Service in the future, and would recommend it to other colleagues and friends.

We rented from this company for a friend's birthday, I'm very unimpressed about it. The bus we…read moreoriginally rented didn't pass inspection, which is fine, things happen, we get it. Unfortunately they called us 1.5 hours before out event to let us know that we could get a different bus or cancel. We opted for a different bus, I mean what was the difference? HUGE difference. When we walked onto the bus it looked like a tour bus one would take from Canada to the U.S. There were seats like an airplane and it was not party friendly at all. We asked for a discount and they pretty much said "too bad you could have cancelled" that is unacceptable. As a business you should have back ups for this situation. We were supposed to have a brand new bus. I doubt we will be renting again from this company as I could not believe the lack of customer service. Maybe if they would have called earlier during the week, we could have figured something out; but one and a half hours before? That is just bad business. At least the seats were comfortable.

She was kind and patient with everybody in the group. Now for the attractions...the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds were definitely an AMAZING experience. On the Maid of the Mist, you get close to Horshoe Falls and just feel the loud roar and energy of the falls. Absolutely stunning! Went on the hurricane deck at Cave of the Winds and got a hydrotherapy massage underneath Bridal Veil Falls. The water was intense and so powerful. A magnificent experience. We had lunch at Maple Leaf Place. Food was ok. Couldn't really eat from the food court since I have IBS so I don't have much to say about the food. The steak poutine was recommended and I was told that it was good. ‍ I didn't skip out on the maple syrup and fudge tasting though. Yum! Delicious. Had no clue there were 3 different types of maple syrup and I found that I like the dark amber syrup the best. Bought some chocolate covered blueberries and jujubes. My husband loved them...me not so much. I prefer my chocolate with no fruit, but I did enjoy their tasty orange dreamsicle fudge. Because there was a big tour bus that arrived at Maple Leaf Place just a few minutes we got there, our time at the food court took too long since the lines were long and everybody in my family were hungry. This meant that it cut our time for souvenir shopping. I'm sure my hubby was happy about that. After lunch, we went to Skylon Tower and went to the observation deck. We got a bird's eye view of not just the Horseshoe, American and Bridal Veil Falls but all of the town of Niagara Falls. Beautiful! Thank you Over The Falls Tour and Jessica! Here's my take on Over the…read moreFalls Tours: Good: -Picks you up and drops you off at your hotel, so that's a lot more convenient than having to get to a meeting point. -I wanted to do Cave of the Winds and Skylon Tower, and they were on the list of spots they do, so it was convenient, especially with having to cross the border for Cave the Winds. -David, our guide, was personable and pleasant Bad: -The 20% tip sign. Not so much so for the sign itself, but for the fact that, as a tourist, I didn't have any cash on me. They give you a card at the end to give the guide/company feedback; they could at least give you the option to send the guide payment through electronic means as well. -The hour-long lunch stop. I could do without the lunch stop. Again, some people probably really wanted it, but for me, I would've rather hit more up. -The guide basically just took us to the stops and said meet me back here at X. They say on the site that guides love taking pictures for you, well that's kind of hard to do, if you're way back up at the van. Not that I wanted my picture taken at any time, and if I did I could've asked someone in the group to, but it just seemed odd for him to stay back. Especially if somebody in the group got injured or something. -We didn't seem to do much. Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, lunch, the actual power station, whirlpool, floral clock, Table Rock, and Skylon Tower. I had done pretty much everything else, so I don't know what more they could've done. But maybe they could've done 1-2 more things if they shortened the lunch break. I got a couple of discounts when I signed up, but ultimately, I don't think it was worth it. I don't regret it, but if I could do it over, I would've just crossed the border myself to do Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist, and done Skylon Tower on my own.

I have only done the open air boat, so this review pertains to that experience. It was like a natural thrill ride/roller coaster. ( Fast speeds and spins, but also some amazing views. One thing to note is make sure you keep your group close together so you can actually be seated together. If you live local, check for discounts online. At one point it was almost a $20 savings for having a local address! If you are looking for a unique, fun adventure, definitely check this out!

He did a special pickup and ride around the block for the birthday celebrant's grandson - Q loved his 1st ever limo ride! The limo first picked the groom (my husband and always + 1 Dan) and the groomsmen at our house and dropped them off at the church. The limo did arrive a little early but was patient and professional. Once the limo picked myself and the bridesmaids up at the Mansion the limo driver opened the doors and was very kind. He dropped us off at the church and waited for us to come out. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome!! The bridal party, Dan, and myself took photos at the Albright Knox, the rose garden, and Hoyt Lake.
