I had found a different CCTV installation company (on…read moreThumbtack) that lacked the customer service and level or professionalism the gentlemen at AGC Electronics displayed with their walkthrough (to provide us a quote) of our desired CCTV installation set-up. Efren came through and was very thorough and detailed with what we could expect, answered all our questions, and was not at all put off by the fact that we were providing our own cameras and NVR (of course, a con of providing your own cameras is there is no warranty provided by them, but that's something you should be aware of in case that's the route you want to go). Efren and his partner showed up on the day-of right on time and finished the work two hours earlier than expected, which is amazing. What's even more amazing is that the quote we got from AGC Electronics was so much more affordable than what the other CCTV company quoted us, and that was with the company providing their OWN cameras! Another thing to consider (if you've gotten this far in the review) is to remember that if you want to provide your own cameras for whatever reason (we wanted very specific ones with certain features), lots of CCTV installation companies will not install them for you (for obvious reasons), so just also a point of consideration to keep in mind. What they installed for us: * 50 in. TV with wall mount * NVR * 6 cameras I was initially hesitant with contacting AGC Electronics given their lack of reviews on Yelp, but I was desperate given our walkthrough experience with the other company. They did not fail to impress from A to Z! 15/10 would recommend them to anyone. *Edit was to include where I found the other company that we did NOT go with (Thumbtack).

UNDER NO Circumstances use this private investigation firm. They promise you they can do everything you ask, then send you a form to fill out, take your money , which is A LOT and then the private investigator won't even call you to see what you need, they just start charging you instead of calling you to make a plan, and then when you ask them to do something they refuse: this a former law enforcement who are a bunch of fraudulent disgusting people. They are running a scam, they won't investigate anything! STAY AWAY! DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME and if they stole Your money file a UCC -1 lien on their business. They are frauds and if they assign some guy named Dan Garcia is a fraud and has no clue like the rest of the people there. They are disgusting pieces of garbage and nobody should ever give them once cent. I got screwed over by La Quinta regarding being offered a $6k settlement for a pretty bad injury I…read morereceived in November. I got a call from their offices soon after the injury and was told the $6k was for "out of pocket expenses, my pain and suffering and inconvenience because of the situation". I was told it was over-and-above what my insurance would pay. But soon after I received the check, I started getting bills well over the $6k from the hospital, for which I gave them my health insurance info. A couple weeks ago I started getting notice from my insurance company that if I received any settlement, they we're entitled to it. I called this office for advice since I live in Florida and this happened in San Antonio, and was referred to Jenny, who called me right back. She was extremely helpful in explaining that La Quinta operated in bad faith and how I could work to retract the offer by paying La Quinta the money back and how to demand enough to cover the medical portion and the other mention above. She even emailed me wording to use in my demand d, as well as offered to assist further if needed. I am still in the beginning part of all this, but will definitely be using them if I need to go to court over this. What a great company to offer to help like this. Thank you so much Jenny!

Throughout my case, it was extremely difficult to get responses to my calls or questions. At times I'd be told by the receptionist that they'd give me a call in a few days and weeks would go by till I would call again. Communication was very limited, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening with my case. Another concern was punctuality. On more than one occasion he arrived late to scheduled court appearances, which added unnecessary stress to an already serious situation. I also felt that my concerns and input about my case were not fully heard or taken into consideration. At times it seemed like more weight was given to the other party's statements than to the concerns I was trying to raise, which left me feeling unsupported in my own case. Because of these issues, I ultimately had to hire another attorney to continue handling my case. After paying the retainer and not feeling properly represented, the experience was frustrating and costly. I'm sharing this review so others can make an informed decision when choosing legal representation
