When trying to pick up my car the owner wanted to charge over $2,000. The thief got caught but I still lose my vehicle anyway by this bottom feeding loser who owns R and S. Fees are paid by the City of New Orleans if the car was stolen and recovered in Orleans Parish. But because a State Trooper authorized the tow and not the NOPD the owner wouldn't release it or cut me some slack. I suppose Greed is Good for this owner and business. I personally wouldn't do business with this Micky Mouse Company. I know the State Trooper should have had the City tow my car and placed in their lot without charge. I wouldn't doubt if the State Trooper Nazi got a kickback for doing what he did. It's all good.

He arrives promptly, diagnosed my problem on the spot, which was that I needed a starter, for my vehicle. He looks up the part, discusses my options types out and emailed me an itemized statement. I again agreed, he left to go get tools and the part. He arrived back to the location, gets under my vehicle and fixes the issue in no time. My vehicle cranked right up and I was able to continue my day without any more problems. I am pleased how I was given the option to pay cash or from the invoice through my email via card. Very convenient. I have found my new, honest mechanic and will be referring any and all friends or family to his shop or if they need someone to come to them just as I did on Friday.
