I told both the owner and the cleaners that the floors were not my concern because another contractor was working on them, and I was willing to clean those myself. My priority was the detailed cleaning before moving in. To the owner's credit, he was courteous and instructed his team to stay longer and clean whatever still needed attention after I called with concerns. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to accommodate me. Unfortunately, despite the extra time, my home still did not receive a deep clean. Appliances, cabinets, windowsills, bathroom fixtures, and other detailed areas remained dirty, and I spent the following day cleaning after the cleaners. I took photos immediately after they said the work was complete and shared them with the owner and asked them to come back and complete the items asked as they had just spend over an hour in the unit and these things weren't addressed. It took a while to get a response regarding my experience but the owner eventually reduced my invoice from 6.5 hours to 5 regular cleaning hours after seeing my photos, which I appreciated, but the quality of the work still didn't justify the cost. Hiring a cleaning company should save you time--not require you to supervise the work, ask them to redo it, and then clean it yourself afterward. While the owner was kind and professional throughout our conversations, the quality of the work simply did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for move-in deep cleaning services or any cleaning services for that matter.

Within minutes I was scheduled and he sent Kizzy and Alice to help me out. For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter.
