This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

We asked them if we would be billed twice and they said no we should be fine since it would be a "transfer". Apparently not. Its never been structured like that. My insurance sends me here everytime and I'm ok with it. Some assistants are better than others-Tyler is really knowledgeable and kicks your butt, Chris and Bryce are also very knowledgeable and are ready for the ice packs at the end. Jasmine the actual pt can do dry needling and cupping. So if you need those specialized treatments be sure to ask when booking your first evaluation appointment. I love this group. Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

My 88‑year‑old dad spent 24 days at Trellis Centennial Rehabilitation Facility after a six‑day stay…read moreat Centennial Hills Hospital, where he was treated for malnourishment and severe dehydration caused by a brutal case of shingles. Once he was deemed "medically stable," the hospital transferred him here for physical rehabilitation. Like most patients arriving at Trellis, he came in on a gurney--weak, confused, and suffering from "hospital delirium," a condition I had never heard of until then. He had a long road ahead of him. The facility itself was nicer than I expected: large common areas with plenty of seating, big‑screen TVs at both ends, and a pleasant outdoor courtyard. But the real strength of Trellis is the healthcare staff. They were exceptional. My dad's primary CNA, Aleah, was the standout--truly the star of the show. Watching her care for my dad, I would have believed she was caring for one of her own family members. Even when he was ornery or threw her a curveball, she handled it with patience and grace. His occupational therapist, Raymond, and his physical therapist, Badge, were also excellent. And across the board--from nurses to CNAs to PTs, OTs, nutritionists, and housekeeping--the clinical team was skilled, compassionate, and consistently attentive. They are the reason my dad made real progress. Unfortunately, the administrative side of Trellis is a completely different story. From the moment we arrived, we were handed a stack (well, an electronic stack) of forms. I understand the need for paperwork, but the entire process felt designed more to protect the facility than to support my dad's recovery. The biggest issue involved my dad's macular degeneration treatments. He receives eye injections every seven weeks, and one of those appointments fell during his stay. I started trying to coordinate it a week in advance. His doctor's office explained that because he was a resident at Trellis, Trellis--not Medicare--had to be billed. If they billed Medicare, it would be denied. What followed was a frustrating loop of unanswered messages, unclear answers, and administrative runaround. Despite my efforts, I ultimately had to cancel the appointment. As we approached the 20‑day mark--the point at which Medicare stops covering 100% and the patient becomes responsible for $217 per day--the business office suddenly appeared to say my dad was "nearing his baseline." Interestingly, none of his healthcare providers agreed with that assessment. Still, after five additional days, the administrative staff declared he had reached maximum improvement and discharged him. My dad and I were both uneasy about it, though it did allow me to get him to his eye appointment that same day. Now, nearly two months post‑rehab, my dad is doing better than he was before he got sick--despite the admin team insisting he had "baselined" long ago. Go figure. I do want to acknowledge Julie at the front desk, who was consistently pleasant and helpful in navigating the administrative maze. In the end, I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to the healthcare workers at Trellis. Their skill and compassion got my dad back on his feet. The administrative staff, however, made an already stressful situation far more difficult than it needed to be. Healthcare workers: 5 stars. Administrative staff: 1 star.

They specialized his therapy for when he came home and were nothing but encouraging. The medical and pain management doctors, however, left much to be desired. Little to no time was spent with him, and his pain management doctor (Dr. Ronald Kong) did not send his prescriptions to the pharmacy for his pain medication, leaving him in horrific pain for over 24 hours before we could FINALLY get a doctor at PAM (Dr. Steel) to provide them, thanks to Carmen, the charge nurse, and her tenacious follow-up. Do I recommend this facility for extensive rehab therapy? Most definitely! Do I recommend the nursing staff? Absolutely! Doctors? Not so much.
