Her first teacher, Ms. Diana, was amazing and so loved by my daughter. She gave her such a positive and loving first school experience. Now, every summer, my daughter can't wait to come back and be with Ms. Griselda, who continues to make her feel loved, supported, and excited to learn. If you also live near the Northills, believe me, this is the best school here. My son has been going here since he was 4 years old and stayed for 2 years before we had to transfer elsewhere because of work. He loves staying here and he has made so many great friends here. There are too many good things to say about this place and when I say place, I mean the people who work here. My daughter was here from age 2 to 5 (kinder) and now my son is here. Ms. Kiara and Ms. Patty prepared my daughter well for 1st grade Magnet. She's the youngest in her class and she's doing really well. That is just the tip of the iceberg because they are kind and patient teachers. They are dependable and stern without being mean to the kids. I am so grateful. Ms. Priscilla is now the Admin assistant and she's also doing great. She's accommodating and has always been friendly. To me, she is more transparent and honest than the previous one. It's probably a stressful position but she still seems laid back and approachable. Ms. Cindy is my son's teacher. He is very attached to her. I'm not sure how she keeps her cool with so many 3 year olds. Ms. Brenda is also in her class to help out. She's also so friendly and kind. Ms. Fina would also sometimes watch the 3 year olds. All the people I have mentioned, have kept their cool whenever the kids act up, they show so much compassion, they hold them when they cry, Ms. Priscilla even rocked my son when he first started because he was having a hard time adjusting and you can tell they don't hate their job lol There are other teachers who I have not had the pleasure of meeting but I also see they are attentive to the kids and don't ignore their needs. I don't think I'll be able to trust any other place the way I trust this place. I think 5 years of observing the teachers who have been here since the place has opened is enough time to say this place is a gem. A gem because of the people that work here. My daughter started this school when she was 2 years old. She only left because she graduated, if the school offered 1st-grade class she would stay. I love all of the activities the school offers such as soccer, science, and dance during the school year and weekly activities during the summer time. My daughter has been attending this preschool since she was 2 years old. As a first time mom I was very nervous and scared to let her start so small. I fell in love with the place they welcomed me and my family with open arms . They have a great program. Not only do they learn their basic needs , the teachers also teaches them different languages like afternoon Spanish circle time. They have so many activities that you can sign up your son/daughter like Dance, Soccer and Science class . When my daughter started she had a speech delay I am mediately started seeing improvement. The teachers are all amazing always worked with us on how to help her improve/ worked best for my daughter. My daughter really loves the school/ staff. She comes home talking about all the fun activities they do throughout the day. We have always struggled with my daughters eating , they have found a way how to encourage her to eat all her food and try new things. This is my daughters last year there. She's now 5 years old just graduated TK . Couldn't be happier with the decision I made keeping her there for 4 years. Best daycare - my 2 year old loves it. From the time he wakes up even when going to sleep, he says "abc little school!" Things I love the most with this school: A. Cleanliness - the teachers wash the kids hands when they arrive in the school and before and after eating. The kids looks very decent at all times. The facility is immaculate and the toys are sanitized. B. The teachers are happy. They greet kids and parents anytime of the day. These teachers know how to redirect kids when they are crying or sad. When the teachers are happy, the kids are having fun. C. Always Activity filled day - no boring day for the kids. Daily arts and crafts, circle time and summer activities. I had to make a decision when it came to daycare for my younger son since his grandma was his primary care he didn't have anyone else around. As soon as we came into this school he loved it. I was super nervous but Ms Priscilla & the rest of the staff made that issue go away they send me pictures throughout the day I see him smiling as a mom I know I did the right choice. He is still getting use to the idea of new people but they are helping me and him feel welcome. When I call they take my call with respect and listen to my concerns. My daughter absolutely loves it Achievers Academy Preschool. She refers to it as a "fun school." She loves all her teachers. She has made a lot of friends here as well and comes home with a really interesting projects that have taught her a thing or two. They have a great curriculum, I really appreciate the use of explorative learning they apply. I also like how they do themes each week so there is a bit of immersion in their learning experiences. My daughter really gets into this and brings the topics home with her. She will ask to watch videos about things she learned during the day, & loves sharing interesting new facts. I also really appreciate the app they use to update parents throughout the day. I can see what my daughter has had for lunch, and pictures of her participating in activities throughout the day. if there are any problems or concerns, or any need for news updates, the staff are quick to send messages through this app as well. I find this very useful and convenient. They have been very accommodating through these Covid times as well, with weekly tests being conducted on-site. Highly recommend Achievers Academy Preschool. We absolutely love Achievers Academy Preschool. It is a home away from home for my youngest son. I feel so comfortable leaving him there every morning and I am a really protective mom. They are so organized and structured, and they truly love all the kids. It feels like family. I love that they test for Covid every week, it brings me so much peace of mind. They have a nice balance between a good curriculum (that prepares your child for kindergarten) and amazing indoor & outdoor play activities that are so important at that early age. I especially love their summer program. While at work, I love receiving the daily updates and pictures that my son's teacher shares through the school app. They have a very secure and safe environment for the kids. This is a wonderful childcare program. I can tell by the way the classrooms are organized and the care the teachers put into their curriculum, that they care about their students. They put emphasis on appreciation of other cultures. The center is in a good area and has a reasonable price. I really enjoy all the creative festivities and event days that they put together. The director & other staff are very caring too and always seem to have an open door policy to talk anytime you need. My son loves going to school in the mornings and when he gets home, he loves telling me what he learned that day. He is only 3 and he's learning how to sound out words. It's amazing! Ms. Jessica is the best! We are so blessed to have found this gem in our community. Achievers Academy is a home away from home for our child. Each staff knows him by name and whole-heartedly welcome him to school each day. The custodian greets my son each morning as I drope him off. My interactions with all of the staff have always been pleasant. They engage the children in learning with weekly themed lessons and interactive activities including Bubblemania show, Zoo field trip, soccer, science and reptiles to name a few. The school is extremely clean and they are frequently having children wash their hands with soap and water to practice good hygiene. Ms. Jessica is such a kind and compassionate teacher. She is also creative and makes learning fun! The way that she interacts with and engages here class is exceptional. My son loves his teacher-draws and colors art for her every day! The pictures that she sends highlight the amazing experiences that the students have every day! Finally, the administration and support staff-Ms. Maria, Ms. Priscilla, and others have always maintained a safe learning environment. They go above and beyond, Mother's Day, Graduation, etc. to ensure that the teachers, parents, students, etc. have a memorable experience at Achievers.
