After I told her, she led me to the rack of polo shirts. She explained the pricing to me. As I began looking through the shirts, she said her cash register was not working that day and she was only taking cash. This was a major inconvenience since I did not have much cash on me. After deciding that there were shirts that I wanted to buy, I made my way out of the store so I could go find an ATM. After getting the much needed cash at a Wells Fargo, I returned. I went through the shirts and found four that I wanted. All were a brand that I never heard of. The fabric was a little heavier than I wanted but I went ahead and got them since the price was so reasonable. I made my way to the front to pay for them. A young girl was running the cash register which appeared to work. There was a handwritten sign that said they could not take credit cards since their machine was not working. The young lady was polite. She began talking to the older lady that had helped me earlier. She looked at the clothing tags and told her what the price should be. There appears to be no price tags on anything. There are handwritten signs on the various clothing racks which tells you the pricing. It seems like the owner has all the pricing cataloged in her brain. I paid for my purchase and they bagged it up for me. The girl said, "we exchange sizes, not colors." I said OK. I was in here on Veterans Day. There were two teenaged boys kind of hanging out in the front of the store. I guessed that the boys and the girl running the register must be the owner's kids that were out of school for the day. They seemed to be nice young people but looked kind of bored out of their minds. I got home and tried on the shirts. They fit but were a little tight. As long as they don't shrink, I should be fine. I would say that I got good value for the money I spent. The store is rather difficult to navigate. The aisles need to be wider and the boxes of overstock should be kept somewhere other than stacked in the floor. This is a no frills shopping experience. They have plenty of parking in the small shopping center where they are located. The clothes are very inexpensive. If they hold up, they are a real bargain.

Just two days before my graduation, I discovered that my gown did not fit because I had waited too long to open the box and try it on. I was extremely worried that I would not be able to participate in my graduation ceremony wearing a proper gown. When I called Achievers Cap and Gown, Matt was incredibly helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond by personally bringing me a replacement gown at the graduation ceremony, ensuring that I could walk with my classmates in a gown that fit properly. I had an issue with the delivery of my cap and gown, and with only a week left before graduation, I was really worried I wouldn't get it in time. I reached out by phone and message, and the team was incredibly helpful. Matt let me know I could come by the store to pick it up, which was such a relief. When I arrived, I met Art, who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and understanding, acknowledging how stressful it must've been to deal with this right before graduation. I had to arrange for an exchange for the tops, but only if they could send me the 1 pocket tops. If they can't get me the right tops then I needed to send back everything. Unfortunately, this whole process has taken about 3 weeks so far and I need the scrubs for a new job I'm start in a couple weeks. There is no way they will get here in time because I'm moving and they can't process the exchange before the other tops arrive (I sent them out within 48hrs of receiving the return label...they are still in transit). I have been in contact with the support team to try to get this fixed, but the timeline is just taking too long and I decided that I need to return the pants and go with a different company that will arrive before I start my new job. The support team emailed me today in response to my timeline concern (this will take over a month by the time its over), but they said that I already used the return label and that I would need to pay to send back the pants. All of this could have been avoided if they would have sent me the right tops in the first place. I used to love their scrubs. They were my favorite, but the quality has gone down hill and the value for the price is not worth it. I will never order from Iguanamed again. You guys made a mistake, make it right. This is unacceptable.

We had a mixed up in the new exchange, I had asked to switch to a different style and they had no problem doing this. When I got it, the style was not changed so I ended up going to the store and Sarah apologized for the mixed up and the exchanged took less than 2 minutes. Sarah is super super super amazing and I really appreciate all the help and exchanging the pants I got. I can't wait to wear this to work and be comfortable in my 13hours shift!!! I paid the sets left no issues wasn't until i came back same day to return the regular set what threw me off first was that for refunds you cannot use the card you used at first to pay. Odd. Never heard of that anywhere. They forced to use a credit card to return the payment. What if i didn't have a credit card at all??? I was then forced to use my husband's credit card. I have yet to receive any refund from the set I returned. Going to call tomorrow if nothing is done im going to dispute the payment with the bank.
