The sign they have outside for their hours and it says says they open at 9:30 AM yet I was there at 10:14 AM and the store was not open yet. I picked out 11 shirts and when I was rung up the woman at the register (the same one that is always there) said that she could not put all of the payment on one card because it was over $100. What?! I like this place. It is a tight fit so I would not bring my daughter in a wheelchair but the people are very helpful. They don't take checks. .. We waited at the counter for 5 min for her come charge us. When she finally did, she asked if we could pay with cash. I told her no because its for baseball, school and work and that's works for our taxes. She didn't want to use the card and looked at my license for 2 min then asked me to take my mask off so she could see my face. A humble t-shirt store with WOW-za customer service! Perfect place to go to if you're looking for cheap t-shirts for Halloween costumes/matching group outfits/ etc! Adult t-shirts really are 3 for $9.99, 1 for $3.99 and they offer essentially all colors of the rainbow. Caps were $3.99 I believe, but more expensive if you wanted a snapback. Reading the past reviews made me expect rude workers, but I called in prior to going to ask about their closing hours and they sounded nice (btw, they close 7pm on weekdays). I walked in, a lady greeted me immediately and asked "How can I help you?", I told her I just needed two yellow shirts, she guided me to them and showed me the options and grabbed everything I needed for me! (Maybe it is because she didn't want me messing up her perfectly folded piles heheeheh but I aint complaining!) I came here to buy a couple of polo shirts. I had been here many years ago looking for school uniforms for my daughter. The store was pretty much how I remembered it. Rows of clothing on racks with very little space to walk. Boxes of overstock on the floor that you must step around to get past. I struggled to get to the back of the store where I thought I might find the shirts I was looking for. A lady, I assume the owner, asked me what I was looking for. After I told her, she led me to the rack of polo shirts. She explained the pricing to me. As I began looking through the shirts, she said her cash register was not working that day and she was only taking cash. This was a major inconvenience since I did not have much cash on me. After deciding that there were shirts that I wanted to buy, I made my way out of the store so I could go find an ATM. After getting the much needed cash at a Wells Fargo, I returned. I went through the shirts and found four that I wanted. All were a brand that I never heard of. The fabric was a little heavier than I wanted but I went ahead and got them since the price was so reasonable. I made my way to the front to pay for them. A young girl was running the cash register which appeared to work. There was a handwritten sign that said they could not take credit cards since their machine was not working. The young lady was polite. She began talking to the older lady that had helped me earlier. She looked at the clothing tags and told her what the price should be. There appears to be no price tags on anything. There are handwritten signs on the various clothing racks which tells you the pricing. It seems like the owner has all the pricing cataloged in her brain. I paid for my purchase and they bagged it up for me. The girl said, "we exchange sizes, not colors." I said OK. I was in here on Veterans Day. There were two teenaged boys kind of hanging out in the front of the store. I guessed that the boys and the girl running the register must be the owner's kids that were out of school for the day. They seemed to be nice young people but looked kind of bored out of their minds. I got home and tried on the shirts. They fit but were a little tight. As long as they don't shrink, I should be fine. I would say that I got good value for the money I spent. The store is rather difficult to navigate. The aisles need to be wider and the boxes of overstock should be kept somewhere other than stacked in the floor. This is a no frills shopping experience. They have plenty of parking in the small shopping center where they are located. The clothes are very inexpensive. If they hold up, they are a real bargain. read more

About eight months ago I went to that store walked in stood by the register table . my husband was shopping suddenly the woman that is the owner walked in she looked at me and started asking her mom if I stole anything why I told her why are you asking that if you just got here n I been standing here all this time I told her I can understand what you are saying , since she thought I couldn't understand her language.
