We took a walk after dinner and notice they had a cool t-shirt in the window so we walked in to check out the store. The staff greeted us immediately. The the store is very bright and it looks like they have a wide variety of clothing makeup and accessories. We didn't really browse the store. Daily hours are 10am to 7pm Fitting room closes at 6pm I work overnight at the hospital so I came into the store 530ish. For the uniforms Not much S or M some L but most of the scrub consists of plus size scrub. Which took me a while to find sizes. I use to come to this store when I was a preteen I kinda just forgot about them. I would had love to tell the hospital to come here but why paid for something you can't use the service for. This is my Go-To place for all things PRO CLUB, SHAKA and STREETWISE. They go up to size 5X on pretty much everything. I love that they always carry the latest streetwise gear, and They've got them in all sizes. I can't say anything about their clothing for women because I never check it out but they do have some pretty dope purses, high-quality so it might be 50-60 bucks but totally worth it. I've bought them for my main squeeze and she loved them. They also have a great selection on caps. And also, kind of random, but they have the best gift bags and they're legit only one or two dollars. I WAS a regular customer here. I live in the area and I usually purchase basic items such as under shirts, simple sweaters, jeans, and my husbands Shaka T-shirts. I've always been pleased with the items until last week. I bought 2 leggings that were more sheer than I expected and a cardigan that was coming undone near the shoulder. I came to do an exchange for the first time and as I enter the store, the business owner didn't have a welcoming energy this time around because you can clearly see I have an exchange/return. She TOOK the bag from my hand, dumped the items on the table and checked them in and out, top to bottom, back and fourth lol and said ok I could go pick out different items. I said ok "I'll hold on to my stuff and my receipt in the mean time while I shop." and she said "why? What do you want it for?" I said because "They're mine and I can hold on to it". (I'm sure anytime you guys need to do a return at other businesses, they don't hold your stuff hostage)....anyways she wouldn't give it back and said "no I'll hold on to it, I have to check it the receipt. I'm like "didn't you just do that?" and she just looked at me with an unpleasant face. If she wasn't being rude and had a valid reason, she could've just been nice about it and explained herself. So I decided, you know what, let me just pick an exchange item and go. There's no point in going back and fourth. Then when I walked away, she said something under her breath in her native language to the other employee next to her and they just kept looking at me. She was talking sh*t as I walked away. How do you think a customer is going to feel seeing that? Coming in, I expected better, professional service especially from her as the business owner. This was such a typical negative vibe you get at these small businesses when you're unsatisfied with an item. They do the most to keep you from returning/exchanging the items. The response I got from her made me feel like I was trying to rob her of something. I wasn't doing anything wrong. I came in and greeted her with a smile. I came in knowing the terms of the exchange. Fyi the receipt clearly states if you have a return, it can only be exchanged (not returned for money back) if the items are brought back: within the 7 days, brand new, with tags, and with my original receipt. I did just that. Very poor customer service and my family and I won't support this small business anymore. If you want to visit this place, make sure you're not going to come back with their items or it's going to be a problem. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Seriously one of the worst establishments for customer service.... EVER!! I bought a pair of plus size girls dickies because I have a very active job and need a little more heavy duty material. A pair will last me usually about one and a half to three months(depending on if I can afford a new pair) and they cost about $30. I've been buying from them for the last two years. I over looked the price because I can usually swing it (I work part time retail so a $30 item is a big deal). I bought my most recent pair on Friday. In a short 3 hour shift, the stitching on the zipper of my brand new pair of pants I had bought just before work popped. When I took the pants back(with receipt and all tags) to switch for something else (I had to go to oldnavy to purchase a second pair of pants because I couldn't drive all the way back to the store from Glendora when I had long shifts through the weekend. It was not convenient) . I knew there was a no refund policy but because I had worn them and they were not RESELLABLE, the store manager told me she wouldn't give me store credit. She said(and I'm paraphrasing here because I could hardly understand her poor English ) that she wasn't "going to take the fall for a bad product when it was my fault it had broken". She said the zipper is one thing but what about the wearing on the thighs of the legs? I'm sorry, I'm a big girl, MY THIGHS RUB TOGETHER! So basically, I'm out $30 with pants that aren't wearable. She lost a regular customer and my family's business. We will not be back. I will be contacting the better business bureau. read more

********************do not shop here************** horriable customer service . i went to get my 3 sons school clothes here trying to support small bussiness in my neighborhood i had literally about $250 worth in clothes(shirt, jeans, sweaters, socks and my youngest uniforms) i asked if they would please allow my 2 year neice to use the bathroom and the asian lady told me to go ask next door , i went and they didnt allow me bathroom for customers only i went back and begged her i told her she would go in alone and i would stand outside the employee area and watch . she refused told me she has merchindise in that area and she might touch it .......really ??? what about the stuff that ppl try on and the stuff im carrying around ready to pay for. i undestand the bathroom being for employees only but what can a little 2 year kid steal from there with out getting seen. i was disgusted with the way the treated me and my neice. i will read more

The KOREAN lady here is nice, notice I put KOREAN in all caps. Because every Hispanic person here just assume the lady is Chinese but whatever. Very bad costumer service, wanted to exchange pants for a bigger size they said I wore the pants, even with tags they said they could not exchange size, purchased the pants Sunday came Tuesday, wow manager was horrible and pretty much called me a lier, this is the first and last time I ever come here, not even the swap meet treats you like this, I would understand if the item was worn and wanted to return, but not the case, just a simple exchange of sizes. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I spent $120.00 at this store for my nephew's school clothes. He didn't start school until 10 days later. The school told me the pants were too baggy and he couldn't wear them. I took him to another store and bought him pants the school approved. I went back to Urban X and they told me they couldn't take the pants back because it was more than 7 days.
