The service was very professional. I did like that she inspected everythign thoroughly before start and took the time to explain why skin tags develop and also what the procedure steps will be along with the medical compounds involved in removal and post-removal care. The procedure took about 1 hr, was very fast and with little or no pain. It's been 2 weeks since and the black spots left by the procedure have fallen and the scars healed very well, almost unnoticeable. I ma very happy and relieved to be able to do my regular maintenance and make-up routine without all those annoying and noticeable bumps on my neck and decoltee. It was the most uncomfortable massage table and the roughest facial for my face. Came here with a groupon. First they leave you in the room to undress, no robe, no slippers and no instructions. So if you like walking in a strange place with no shoes, this place is for you. And if you like not having a robe... it's uncomfortable. Full body massage was some random spot treatment massage. The massage was 1/3 of the time under the blanket. So weird. They finally used oil but only massaged the back. Wtf? No foot, no front massage. Full body scrub was a back scrub. They don't wipe off the excess scrub. The worst facial ever. It was so rough, for sure causing wrinkles and breaking capillaries. That's not what you want when you get a facial. Steam was on while wiping the face roughly, so no actual steaming happened. They did not remove blackhead or whitehead. They put lotion or whatever else on top of your eyelid so when I opened my eyes, whatever was on my skin went in my eyes. I could not even see after the treatment. My eyes were blurry. I complained. I had to sit in my car, in the cold, waiting for some semblance of continuous non-blurry vision in order to drive. Even while driving, moments of blurriness as I blinked came and went. Do not go here for a spa experience. Go here if you want to have a non relaxing time and have your body maltreated and wanting a real massage and facial. Also, co-workers knocked on the door and they talk to each other during your so called luxury spa treatment. I tipped anyway, but if there was ever a time to leave a paltry tip because you had the most horrible, unsatisfactory, misleading, maltreatment of your body which caused physical harm, this would be it. I booked my first Brazilian sugar appointment through their online booking service in April 2019 at the RH location. Jasmyne was my aesthetician, she made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process of my service. I left not knowing what the results should look and feel like, but now that I've gotten a bunch of Brazilian sugars done (with another business), I can confirm that my experience with Sugar Me Spa was not great. I still had a lot of hair that hadn't been "pulled" out by the sugar, but I thought that's how Brazilian waxes were as it was my first time receiving one. It looked like I had shaved quickly and didn't bother to go over a second time to get all the remaining hairs. It didn't bother me as I trusted the process and was planning to book with Sugar Me Spa again once time came. Their online booking was extremely inaccurate in regards to the times and/or dates available for services. I booked my second appointment, only to be texted that the establishment was closed during the time slot I had chosen and I had reschedule. I wasn't able to reschedule, so I cancelled it instead. I booked another appointment 1 month later (with Jasmyne as I already dealt with her my first time around), through the same online system. I received another text a week before my appointment stating Jasmyne was not working during the date and time I had chosen. I was offered different dates and times to reschedule, however, time was too tight to reschedule. I asked if another aesthetician could provide the service, to no avail. I rescheduled my appointment 1 month later (with Jasmyne) in August 2019, only to be texted that Jasmyne couldn't make it to work and was asked to reschedule again... Overall, over a span of 4 months, I went once with mediocre results. Their appointment booking service is extremely hectic and inconsistent.
