I've been going through some financial uncertainties recently and he has been very informative with information concerning assistance without making me feel inferior for my lack knowledge on such things. I was asking a reasonable question about health insurance costs and expected a professional explanation of options. The issue was not policy limitations, but the manner in which the interaction was handled. Being mocked while seeking healthcare assistance is unacceptable, regardless of scope of service.
