I'm going to start with atmosphere. 1. When we first walked in everyone looked up in surprise like they weren't expecting anyone to drop by to get a quote. One man offered to help us. He wasnt exactly super friendly either. 2. There is no proper entry way that tells you anything about the company. The whole place has crap everywhere, especially on the floor. Boxes of copy paper, boxes of this and that... you could barley walk in there. It was a gross, chaotic feeling, filled with disorganization. way too many tables they were using for desks crammed everywhere. Crap strewn all over every single table too Ew.. There was a 2 seater couch, yet impossible to get to due to all the boxes of stuff in front of it and another workers glass table blocking it off. It was just "gross". 3.No one else really looked up from their desk with a smile and said welcome or anything. We actually felt like we were imposing a little bit. Like I said there was a whole negative vibe about the place. 4. If the lack of organization and stuff everywhere wasnt enough, the workers supposed joke of a desk was even grosser. Medicines, bottles, food, toys, just crap all over the table. He even apologized for the messy desk... I instantly didnt trust him.. he cant even control himself! Im supposed to trust him with my precious cars? This wasnt a nice desk with a set of drawers to put away your personal stuff and look professional, plus no name tags were worn. 5. We had quote from somewhere else down the street, that was literally the same coverage for a good $$80.00 cheaper than them and the worker was sweet and nice and took us through each step to customize a plan and explain why we should get this or that. This worker was acting very awkward and uncomfortable the whole time. He just wanted to get it overwith so he go back to doing nothing :P Here it was a ball park quote with no explaining anything and even tho we said we didnt want certain things it kept getting pushed on us. 6. Obviously no break room. some kind of shelf where they store the coffee and snacks in the very back behind a ladies table. You could totally see what they had for breakfast. Other places we visited had the water and separate snacks for guests right in the front in a clean, welcoming, inviting, look and appeal to it. Here it was like "Oh please dont look at our mess". I really hated to waste their time, from the moment we stepped in there we were hoping the atmosphere would change, that at least the worker would be warm. personable, and get us to relax a bit....it just went downhill from hardly being able to walk in there to the guy not really wanting to be hassled with us, we just wanted to hurry up and leave. I realized.... if its this bad from the start what is going to be like when I actually need them? Here is the bottom line...If you cant even take charge of your office and keep it clean, organized, with proper desks cause your so dang cheap, how are you going to handle emergencies for your clients? How are you going to deliver good service? I can tell this comes from the top or the head & its not the workers fault. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. read more

From a entrepreneur's perspective, Leon Feng helped my wife and I properly select insurance for our business. We shopped around multiple insurance vendors for Life Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Workers Comp, etc. If you own your own business you know what I mean. Their pricing was cheapest and offered equal coverage to other shops that we had visited. Leon met with us off hours, multiple times and ended up providing us the majority of our insurance (not all of it - he lost out on 1 of 6 policies because we frankly got a steal on it from another company.) These guys are extremely helpful in explaining the different types of coverages for auto insurance. Also they really provided me with an extremely low price. My old agent was charging me an arm and leg for the same type of coverage. They saved me a lot of money. They even gave me good referrals for other services that I need. We switched from Farmers to AAA having gotten better coverage at a better price for both Auto and Home. Leon Feng was notified by both AAA and me stating that the policy was terminated and a refund was due.
