He spent several hours inspecting every last detail of the house. He performed air quality tests. BPG Inspections gave us a very impressive experience. We had Jack Fuquay as our inspector and there is no question, he knows his stuff! We we're able to negotiate $4,000 in repairs on the home we bought even though we were getting a great deal and there were multiple offers. Jack found the presence of termites, and with the sewer video inspection they found damage to our sewer piping. They even did air quality testing since smokers we're living in the house.
