Steve from fleet is the worst.walked all over my clay tile roof without any regards,broke a few tiles and took pictures after he broke them,glen his boss called next morning with the argument that steve knew what was gonna come down so he showed him the picture(smart *ss) He also misplaced the cover from the electrical box but glen the owner said to my face that i did it.last time anyone was up on the roof was 1 year ago when they painted it,anyone can see in the pictures how fresh the color of the broken clay is,but according to this people we haven't had any rain or sun light the last year in south florida. I called another company and told them what had happened,they said the prohibit any of their guys to go on roof tiles,they either go around the house with a ladder and take pictures from it or use a drone. THEY ARE THE WORST! Update! You saying that i was rude to your employee in real time and to people in your office and that i sent you nasty messages just show how petty,unprofessional and disconnected to the truth you are,i have only spoken to you and "steve" so far.i posted pictures of the text messages i sent you petty liar. I've had home inspections before, and usually I pay about $150, so when I found out this one would cost $275, I thought I would get a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, the inspector missed a couple issues. The first issue I noticed on day one when I moved in; the turntable in the microwave oven doesn't work. The microwave cooks, but the turntable doesn't turn. The second issue I noticed today, when I changed out the washer and dryer in the laundry room. First, when I pulled out the old washer and dryer, I noticed lots of water damage that wasn't mentioned in the inspection report. It's in one of the pictures below. Then, when I connected the new washer and dryer, I saw the cause of the water damage: the valves leak. I am also uploading the pictures of the leaking valves. I called Fleet Inspections, and even spoke with the inspector, Ariel Garcia, but rather than discuss how they could make it right, and negotiate a compromise to make it right, he argued with me about it, and tried to put the blame on me for the leaking water in the laundry room. They conducted this inspection on March 4, and today is April 22, so if the only issue was that the valves are leaking, and there wasn't so much visible water damage underneath, I can see why they wouldn't be willing to accept the blame for missing this issue, but put together with the visible rotten wood, it's obviously been an issue for a while. I should note that when I spoke to Ariel, I thought only one valve was leaking, but when I took pictures, I discovered they are both leaking. EDIT in response to Glen's comments: I have attached the pictures the business included in the report. Notice they are low resolution and that they were taken at an angle at which you cannot see the water damage below where the water leaked. This lack of thoroughness is my chief complaint. Compare their images to the picture I posed of the water damage and you can tell this leak is not new. If it was new, there wouldn't be this much rotting present. Lastly, notice that the pictures included in the report are not of the area below the valves. One is of the area to the left of the valves and the other only captures the valves themselves, but not the obviously rotten wood below them. If you compare the pictures I took to the pictures they took, it is easy to see who is telling the truth here and who is trying to pass blame onto the customer for shoddy performance. read more

I just recently got slammed for my homeowners insurance and went up 3k I was in total shock! Found out New Years great way to bring in the new year :( anywho I'm glad it happened because I needed a new four point and wind! Ariel missed a roofing issue causing me to have issues with my home owners insurance. Called Ariel, he was apologetic stating he would have someone repair the issue. I think great, what a stand up guy, instead he sends some knock off roofer to my house who basically paints glue all over the place, causing me more issues with my HOA, home owners insurance and property damage. Called the company "Fleet" and they respond with "they don't represent the individual inspectors." Amazing customer service. Glen worked with us and explaining everything and showed us everything. The inspection process took about two hours and was so detailed even to the smallest of details. Like a very small crack in the house we are buying tile in the bathroom just super service with for an price you would expect to pay double for and the great service doesn't end after you pay. We are so thankful that we found Fleet Inspections. Glen's caring tone on the other end of the phone line was an immediate sigh of relief for me. You are not telling the truth. There aren't any connections to the Laundry room. There were never any connections in the Laundry room. I've had two Plumbers come and inspected the property and it's not there and was never there. I closed on my house in January. I officially moved in in the beginning of March. Since you want to question my Laundry habits. I didn't call the inspector a dumb ass. I asked him if he were incompetent after he raised his voice. You guys are shams you lied on official documents and you have horrible customer service. I will post pictures of my Laundry room. First and foremost there was nothing in that Laundry room when you inspected it. I was there the day before. Again you are a Liar. Just admit you made a mistake. Yes, nice detailed report and courteous but the inspector they sent did not know the difference between polybutylene pipes and PEX and texted a 'buddy' (?!) who apparently did not know either. We had to pay for a licensed plumber to come out and verify the pex plumbing (printed right on the pipes!) resulting in unnecessary delay in insurance policy issuance and an extra bill on top of their own, not to mention the stress. Pretty sure they could do better. read more
