This office is less than a half-mile from my home and I have used them successfully in the past for out-of-state lab orders, which makes this recent experience even more frustrating. Over the last month, I visited nine times trying to have a lab order fulfilled. Despite my doctor faxing the order multiple times, the staff repeatedly claimed they never received it. ​The staff here was dismissive and unprofessional. I felt mocked by "playful" comments regarding my personal items, and I frequently stood at the check-in desk only to find the area completely abandoned while staff disappeared into the back for long periods. When I asked for a simple 30-second check to see if a fax had arrived before I committed to a long wait, I was flatly refused. ​This lack of help was especially difficult because I recently injured my knee and am in significant pain while walking. I tried Clinton Crossings, but the wait was too long, so I ended up at Strong Hospital. Because the Penfield office wouldn't help me, I had to navigate long hospital hallways and walk all the way to the Miner Library just to print my own order. The phlebotomist at Strong was incredible and finally got it done, but the physical toll and time wasted could have been avoided if the Penfield staff had simply provided the correct general fax number or shown an ounce of professional courtesy. I will not be returning to this location.

Last week I had to have a blood draw for an upcoming doctor appointment. It has been years since I…read moreused the Rochester Regional Lab at 400 Crosskeys Office Park, Suite 425, Fairport, NY 14450. It's not my usual spot but I ended up there. I am absolutely delighted with the staff there. I am needle-phobic and "a tough stick" on a good day. My veins roll, hide and often refuse to cooperate. The phlebotomist listened to my concerns and what I've learned from past --difficult-- blood tests. She looked at both arms, checked out a hand and decided to call in a more senior staff BEFORE trying to stick me. Wise, and very considerate! The second staff member did an excellent job. Not entirely painless, needles never are, but this lady, (I believe her name is Jennifer) did a fantastic job getting in and getting the blood with no mucking about. There was NO bruising even though I bruise very easily. The only mark on my arm was from the adhesive tape that I pulled off 8 hours later. Very sticky tape it was. I will go out of my way in future to use that office for my quarterly blood draws. Excellent job, both of you!

The blood draw took less than five minutes even though it was a lot of tubes. The phlebotomist even allowed my son to watch videos on my phone to keep him calm during the procedure. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends especially those who have children with special needs. I wish they'd open a location in Buffalo!

After working a extra long weekend, I was in so much pain, that I had to take a few days off. I called Dr.Sadlon and he got me in to see him the next day. He does a full body approach to chiropractic and isn't just going to crack your back. The supplements he started me with are to help improve my liver function and digestive issues. I noticed a difference with in a few days. I started sleeping really well and after a few weeks and a few adjustments, I feel much better. I wish I had gone to him sooner!

DO NOT GO. I have never written a review in my life but this place deserves it. The front desk does…read morenot know what they are doing. I was in town visiting family for the holidays. Went in at my "appointment time" and still waited 1.5 hours. I was told it is just a time slot and not an appointment time...then maybe you should specify that. I entered all my insurance information online prior to the visit, and when I checked in, the woman at the desk said I was all set. I went there to get a prescription for anti-biotics because I had a sinus infection. Considering I get them every year at the same time of year for the past 20 years, it doesn't take a doctor, or RN, or whatever they have working there to diagnose it. Instead, they insisted I get my nose probed three times for COVID (don't know why), Flu (didn't have a fever/aches), and who knows what the other swab was for. After that, and the negative results, I got sent on my way with a good luck and a suggestion to switch my OTC allergy medicine and use some nasal spray (which I do). So, after wasting 2.5 hours of my life, I leave with no relief. About 3 weeks later, I found out, I did get something...a $585 bill. I have insurance, have had the same insurance for more than 20 years, and have gone to multiple urgent cares across the country and have only had to pay the copay. Obviously if I was "out of network" the woman at the front desk would have notified me right...NOPE. Dealing with their billing department is a whole other thesis. Finally got a hold of the front desk after 3 days dealing with billing and was told the manager "Tara" would be in touch, thank God I didn't hold my breath because that was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. In the end...nothing has been resolved. The place is a scam.

This is my go to urgent care, I made an appt, they were able to see me a few hours later. Andrew was so kind and prepared my arm and foot for PA Dewanshi Patel. They worked in perfect harmony. X-ray, performed by Sue determined a foot fracture and ligament sprain. The skin tears on my arm were cleaned and steri-strips applied. What surprised me the most was Dewanshi's creation of a custom posterior leg splint with sugar tong using ortho glass. The walking boot was so painful I could not walk. This McGiver splinter was beyond perfect. It required both Andrew and Dewanshi to apply. I was able to stand, utilized a cane and able to hobble out. The care I received was incredible, they made sure I was safe and confident with the cane. I will have no hesitation returning to this facility and have already referred family and friends.

We arrived at the door at eight pm, only to find out that every Wellnows close at 8 pm. "But I'm hurt!" "Come back tomorrow." The person with the injury said it was slight, and agreed to come back tomorrow, making an appointment for just after 8 am, when they open. After waiting for a half hour, we were told that we might have to wait another two hours. "But we had an appointment." "People came in before you." It's now an hour and a half later, and we're still not out of here. That says it all, doesn't it? The reason this is a three-star review, not a one-, is that the office receptionist was polite, decent, apologetic, and did her best to explain the hold-up; her, I would give a five. And I'm told that the medical care, when it finally arrived, was humane and competent, which also deserves a high mark. Nonetheless, my advice to Wellnow is to consider having at least one (1) establishment somewhere open 24/7 so that injured people after 8 pm won't be surprised by their closed doors.
