But when I bought three gift certificates for friends (two who knew of your gift) they each attempted to make an appointment but they could never get a callback/response. I'm very disappointed that my $90 was wasted, especially on gifts for friends. I hated losing that money when times were difficult for me and giving a worthless gift but especially for all three of them to miss out on a reading with you.

Over the last month, I visited nine times trying to have a lab order fulfilled. Despite my doctor faxing the order multiple times, the staff repeatedly claimed they never received it. ​The staff here was dismissive and unprofessional. I felt mocked by "playful" comments regarding my personal items, and I frequently stood at the check-in desk only to find the area completely abandoned while staff disappeared into the back for long periods. When I asked for a simple 30-second check to see if a fax had arrived before I committed to a long wait, I was flatly refused. ​This lack of help was especially difficult because I recently injured my knee and am in significant pain while walking. I tried Clinton Crossings, but the wait was too long, so I ended up at Strong Hospital. Because the Penfield office wouldn't help me, I had to navigate long hospital hallways and walk all the way to the Miner Library just to print my own order. The phlebotomist at Strong was incredible and finally got it done, but the physical toll and time wasted could have been avoided if the Penfield staff had simply provided the correct general fax number or shown an ounce of professional courtesy. I will not be returning to this location.

I had to get some blood work done pretty unexpectedly, which made it even worse! The girl that helped me here was amazing!!! I should have gotten her name, but unfortunately I was too busy being petrified. To add to my fear, the doctor told me that some of the tests may be really expensive, so I was now worried that I had to have needles poked in me, and pay thousands of dollars!! She was so nice, and she called the billing department for me to find out the costs of the tests before we did them. That actually took WAY longer than actually taking my blood did, and calling took about 5 minutes at most. She had the labels on the vials and looked at my arms, found my vein, poked me, kept talking to me the whole time, and the whole thing was done in like a minute. I couldn't believe it! If you have to get blood work done, I absolutely recommend coming here. I didn't need to wait long to be taken, and she had me in and out in no time, and getting my blood taken couldn't have been any easier! I almost won't be scared if I have to go back. Well, yes I will be, but you know what I mean. By the way, this is an ACM lab. I was looking for a sign that said ACM, and it does not. It says Rochester Regional Health Laboratories on the sign.

When I accessed the website ( on my laptop), it had addresses for 3 labs: Albion, Alexander Park, and Batavia. That was it. No more. Next I called the number provided me, 922-5227, they said they couldn't explain the website problems, but assured me that the lab I had gone to had hours beginning at 7. I told them that was not true. As I was just there! They also had wrong address. Probably used same flyer I'd been given. V8-0418. We spend a lot of money for insurance here. I hope that the lab results are more accurate than is the paperwork. The phlebotomist, Emma, was professional and knowledgeable. I only wish the rest of your operation was as professional.
