When my car was not picked up, I contacted Chris the owner numerous times. It took him a few hours to get back to me. He said that he his truck had broke down and he was unable to pick up my car that day, but would be in contact with me as soon as he had a truck in the area. I waited over five days with no direct communication from him. I continued to contact him to get one excuse after another he then stated he was going to have to pay an extra $500 out of his own pocket to transport my car to me. I then offered him to refund my money which he did readily. I then contacted another car transport company. They picked my car up within 12 hours of me signing the contract people never use this company.

She is just a broker she keeps half of their fee upfront and another half of the delivery fee from the transport company.
