Not only does the roof and left side pillar have deep, glaring dents, but the hood is also covered in scratches. Besides the scratches it's clear the company tampered with the vehicle by replacing the front windshield with a cheap aftermarket glass that was poorly installed. This aftermarket windshield was improperly installed and has caused water to leak into the interior every time it rains. To make matters even more infuriating, the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) barcode located at the bottom left corner of the windshield is now partially obscured because of the misalignment caused by the replacement glass. This makes it incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to scan the VIN for essential purposes like inspections or registration. This level of damage, tampering, and poor quality repairs has significantly diminished the vehicle's functionality, safety, and appearance. I trusted this company to provide a reliable product, and instead, I've been left with a truck that's not even fit for its basic purposes. The vehicle was delivered to me 5 days after the promised date. The driver gave me an excuse every other day as to why my vehicle hasn't been delivered. The driver also denied everything until his superiors got involved. Only then did he admit to replacing my windshield. This experience and dealing with this insurance has been a nightmare that is still not over. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company or their services to anyone.
