I had two separate collisions on my commuter vehicle that I needed to get repaired. One was the front driver side bumper and the other was the two passenger side doors. Kelly and Tony were phenomenal with their friendly customer service. They both looked at the damages and I had an estimate written up in less than 20 minutes. Kelly worked with my unstable work schedule and scheduled my rental. She kept in contact with me and the insurance adjuster giving us regular updates. My car was repaired and restored to perfect condition! They were very meticulous in the cleaning and detailing of the vehicle as well! They even stayed open a bit later and Kelly personally gave me a ride from the car rental company down the road to pick up my car. They were absolutely amazing! I had a leak in my car and my trusty mechanic could not figure it out so they referred me here! I'm crazy about who touches my car and worried this leak would not be found or cost me a lot to fix it. This place took care of my "baby" and found the leak!! My car was hit while I was inside a restaurant and there was significant damage to the rear right side of my vehicle. The reflector light was completely broke and knocked out and there were deep scratches to the paint on both the rear bumper and right rear door. I brought my car to acme to be repaired and I'm so happy I did. They made the entire process quick and easy. They contacted the rental company and had someone pick me up so that I could go get my rental car. They fixed my car in a few days and when I picked it up it looked brand new. All of the employees were professional and very nice. They answered all of my questions and took care of everything so that all I had to do was drop my vehicle off and pick it back up. Great customer service and quality work! I called about 7-8 auto shops, and ACME was the only one that allowed me to come in at 4:30pm on a Friday to get an estimate, which I really appreciated. Alex looked at my front fender which had been hit and noticed wires hanging near the front tire since we discovered my fender lining also had been torn. Alex noted the hanging wires was a safety issue, so I contacted my insurer who wanted me to go to a USAA-approved auto shop. I opted for ACME instead, because I liked Alex and Kelly's professionalism, good communications, quick appraisal, and willingness to use factory parts instead of after-market parts. I was so happy that they did a very nice job within a week and even corrected another minor rear panel issue. Highly recommend ACME! read more

BEST SERVICE EVER -- PLEASE READ THIS!! I cannot say enough good about Acme, and specifically, Alex. They did a FANTASTIC job repairing my car, were fast (!!), and were skillful such that my 2011 deisel with only 97k miles was not totalled. Every other shop was saying 2 months - or more - until they could start repairs. Acme Collision got me an estimate within a couple of days, worked with my insurance, and Ihad my car back in about 2 weeks (!!!!!!). Acme came up with innovative solutions that work perfectly, preventing me from waiting on supply chain issues other shops were reporting. They have the right staff in house so things go as fast as they can. Example of Acme's awesomeness: the initial estimate for repairs included a new tire, but during repairs, his staff realized the tire was ok, and reduced the cost accordingly. That's honesty and integrity. I am REALLY HAPPY with the results - there was no compromise in quality - my car looks better than it did before!! Alex was kind, clear, did not over-promise, but definitely over-delivered. Let's face it - staff shortages in the automotive industry are not likely to get better any time soon. Who knows with the supply chain issues. So you're looking at a long wait, or a crappy repair... unless you go to Acme, where they will do their very best for you. I have an older Toyota Avalon that I love but it was starting to get the clear coat oxidizing on the roof. Most of the paint on the body was in good shape. Alex and his crew repainted the roof and buffed out the rest of the car so it looks brand new. I can't say enough good things about their work. After a horrific experience with another auto body shop I came here on a early Saturday morning not realizing they weren't open. I tried to open the door but it was locked. Several mins later Rene came out to ask if I had questions despite being closed after I told them what had happened to me, they took my car even when they were closed. I was super grateful because I wasn't familiar with the area. Not only did they get my car fixed in a timely manner they washed and detailed it. Alex was super professional and really left a great impression. Even tho I live all the way in the east bay if any damages happen to my car again I will for sure bring it it back.
