You just drive up to the garage, someone comes right out to talk to you about what you need, and then you drive through while they take care of everything. They were quick, communicative, and really efficient. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Good service all around! I'll definitely be back. I stopped by Green Rider Oil Change today. It was still a bit more expensive than my usual spot, and they did try to upsell, but the service was much faster than most places. You stay in your car while they work on it. They were so friendly and explained everything they were doing. If you come when they're busy it will be a longer wait time, but that goes for any shop. Green Rider Oil Change is the real deal -- quick, honest, and won't drain your wallet like some of those other spots. My wife's been taking our car here for years, and we've never had a single issue. Always in and out fast, no pressure, no shady upsells -- just straight-up solid service. Most recently, they told us our serpentine belt was cracked (and yep, it definitely was). We came back the next day, paid $180, and they had it swapped out in under an hour. I've waited longer in a drive-thru. At this point, as long as they're open and my car is running, we'll be back. These guys are a lifesaver! I bought a used car and brought it to them right after to change the oil. They found a bunch of things wrong with it and explained it all to me! My best friend comes here and my daughter also comes here. I decided to go today as I needed my oil changed before a work trip tomorrow. I was in and out in 13 minutes. Everyone was so nice. They gave me a price, $90, for my 2015 Lexus hybrid. Way cheaper than the dealership and less time that I needed to invest. I drove up, stayed in my car the entire time, they refilled/topped off all fluids, checked the tire pressure and showed you the clean oil after the service was complete. I paid cash and gave them a $10 tip and they were OVER THE MOON thrilled. I will for sure be going back. read more

Went here to get an oil change and I can't recommend them enough! It's a drive through oil change so you don't even have to get out of your car! They were so speedy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car takes synthetic oil and it was reasonably priced. They also topped off my coolant and explained everything to me. They also did a quick inspection of my car. They checked my brakes and told me that I'll need to get my rear brakes replaced soon but weren't pushy at all. They are very honest and helpful. Went in for Sync Oil Change, IN : 810am Out : 832am. Changed Oil & Oil Filter. Top of Coolant, Windshield Fluid and Clean my Air Filter. Cant say enough of this new place I found, close to house. Everything for under 85$ They Dont pressure you into anything and went right to business. Some Customers never even got out of the car, but i wanted to look around. Work was done on 7/11/25. The owner, Victor, is the man. He was the first person to greet me and I could tell he oversees everything in his shop and is very hands on. Super knowledgeable about my car, didn't upsell anything and was friendly and seemed to genuinely appreciate my business. Full synthetic was about $85, and for the quality of service, it was well worth it. I will definitely be coming back and can fully recommend this place for oil changes and small jobs. read more

They are honest and they tried to install a part they initially said they could but found issue after issue and backed off for both of our sakes. They still installed some other parts for me at a reasonable price based on time it took to install. I would still recommend them, however better communication on what needs to be done since they knew all the issues, I asked a few times but felt ignored during pickup and didn't push them. I was willing to pay and provide whatever parts and labor, but seems they just didn't want to work on the car anymore, would have respected upfront communication on why or what. But I'll still be back for other services on other cars because they seem like honest folk. read more

The men who work here are all awesome. They performed my oil change while I was sitting in my vehicle with my daughter. They were professional, kind, and friendly; all three of them greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be back! They went above and beyond for me. They used their diagnostic tool to see what the issue was with my check engine light that had came on before I took my vehicle to get the oil change done and provided me with the numbers in case it appeared again. It might have been because I needed my oil change, and they didn't charge me extra for that. They gave me a flat rate, and I really appreciate how they helped me out today. read more

Updated - went for an oil change before going on a long trip. Not only did they alert me to a nail in my tire, but also that I may need a new battery because they noticed corrosion on my cables. Went and got my battery checked and they were right! So glad I knew this before driving 300 miles. Really great service and really nice staff! I showed up to get a my transmission fluid drained and filled. The entire staff was welcoming and helped me with what I needed. As a courtesy they also checked my tire pressure and filled up my tires at optimal level. My wait time was super short 15min max, I did not mind waiting at all since I prefer a quality job over a rushed one. Came in for an oil change on my older Scion and was extremely pleased with my experience! The crew was fast, efficient, courteous, and thorough. They checked and cleaned my air filter, filled my fluids (washer, coolant, etc.) and my tires. They also asked me if I had any service lights that needed to be reset. Been coming here for my oil change for about a couple of years. I initially came here for them to work on my AC when it went out. I forgot the details for my AC system, but it was enough for me to keep coming back to service my 2009 Rogue. I want to say where they were HONEST with my AC unit so I felt like it saved me money in the long run. I met the owner Vic and he has helped me give suggestions about my vehicle. Sure I'm naive on a lot of some things with my car, but there is some stuff I DO KNOW, and when I ask him, he gives me the correct answers in which I already knew. Like if I play "dumb" and ask him a question that I know the answer to, he gives me the correct answer rather than giving me the answer where "yes, you need to fix that" = $$$$$$. His answers are: "nah, you don't need to worry about that just yet". I'd say this place mostly does quick oil changes, I'm sure they do more..... But it's not a huge facility. My family and I have been long - standing customers with green rider for years now. However, recently they serviced a horrible break change on my car. I've had them do my brakes in the past on my old car, and it was fine. However, their quality of service has severely diminished and they don't seem to know how to do brakes on a Mercedes despite saying they do. I've had another mechanic assess my brakes since going to green rider whom I returned to 5 times so that they can fix the squeaking issue they caused after changing my brake pads and ultimately failed to correct. The other mechanic explained that green rider slapped low grade brake pads on my vehicle, did not conduct calibration failing to inform me the need for new rotors, removed antivibrational clips, did not use brake lube, overfilled my brake fluid, which is why my brakes felt hard afterwards, and changed only one rotor when trying to combat the squeaking, which is extremely poor industry practice, and this still did not resolve the squeaking. My friend who is a mechanic manager ensured me that the job is absolutely horrendous and that his workers would be immediately fired had they conducted such horrible work. I now must purchase new brake pads and rotors as I am having the job redone by an experienced and therefore more competent mechanic. However, this entire process has been stressful as I paid green rider $500 to do the job correctly, and now must pay for the same job to be done less than 2 months later. Additionally, they did not inform me that one of my tires were near busted and needed immediate change as they would have observed this during the brake change. Additionally, when performing an oil change for my friend earlier this year, they weren't considerate enough to inform her that her engine of her car she had recently purchased was not screwed on. We have since went elsewhere to receive oil changing services and they were kind enough to inform her of this as well as ensure she had knowledge of the correct oil for her car as green rider simply went with putting full synthetic oil in her older car that had been using and accustomed to conventional oil. I am insisting my family no longer provide their business to green rider as I will not be following this unfortunate and expensive event nor will I be recommending the establishment further to friends of mine. read more

Dropped in during lunch. Luckily only waited behind one person for 10-15 min and they kept me aware of the time. Very prompt, professional and clearly their goal is to get you in and out. Total oil change time with filters was 5-10 min. Honestly just one of the most seamless and easy oil changes I've had. Will only come back here. Since getting my brand new Tacoma in 2020, I've been coming here for my oil change and nowhere else. Service is quick and the staff members are super friendly. Even on the busiest days, I don't mind the extra wait as it is worth it. Prices are reasonable in comparison since my truck uses synthetic oil. All other places I've been to do tire pressure checks but will push prolonged small talk, then up charges another $30-40 after already trying to sell me other services I didn't need (ie. Jiffy Lube tried selling a $50 service with a discount for an cabin air filter change when it literally only costs me less than $15 to buy a new one at O'Reilly's and do it myself). My first time here ! I called in to ask some questions since it was Sunday afternoon. I had an old truck sitting for two years that I started back up and it needed all the fluids replenished. I call at 1pm and get to speak to someone who is very clear in his communication. I called other places but was told wait times were as long as 2 hours. I ask what their wait times are and was told about 15 minutes. I said I'll be right there ! The man on the phone advised me that if I waited about 30 min before coming in there wouldn't be a wait because his staff would return from lunch break. So I did that. Got gas and a car wash and rolled on in. I was instantly greeted. I gave them the deets on the car and was in and out of there in 20 min without any haggling or hassling. I will say they are very efficient and professional as well as very knowledgeable in all cars. I will definitely return for future services. read more

Since I've been living in south land park I've been taking my car to Freeport automotive for oil changes but when I recently took it to my old shop in SF they noticed that Freeport Auto didn't do a good job so today I took my car to GR oil change. Even though it's 15 mins away from my house the reviews spoke highly of the place so I decided to give it a try. Right when I pulled into the shop, I was treated right away by the staff. Shop looked clean and organized. Here's the best seller for me: They made sure the air in my tires was correct, they noticed the coolant was low and topped it off and they also noticed my air filter needed to be replaced. All this was before the oil change! Hands down great service, very thorough and I would strongly Recommend this place. It's worth the drive for me. read more
