Definitely agree with other 1 star reviewers. Wanted to schedule an appointment for wheel alignment, they gave me a $200 price for that, while the shop banner says $75. I kindly asked if we can meet at $150, because it looks kinda weird when you charge x2.7 price just for adding the caster sleeve adjustment which is already included in the procedure of normal wheel alignment. So they refused to " be the shop for me". But I'm glad I figured it out before trusting them with my vehicle. read more

Making customer satisfied with there work I took my vehicle a outback to have the thermostat replace and part of the job requires them to burp the cooling system and they DIDNT when I got home which is about 2.5 miles it overheated again so I filled the radiator and overflow again with antifreeze ran the vehicle without the radiator cap waited for thermostat to open which take like 20 to 30 mins it burped added more coolant drove it on the freeway about 5 miles didn't not overheat at all so all they had to do is a little thing which requires no labor and they told me he thinks it burped or the mechanic would have said something that's up to service writer to go out and check on the process I was a service writer go a big well establish auto repair and I was taught by the owner to always check on the vigil every I check in so I don't give false information to customer and I never had a bad review my customer were always satisfied even if more work was need for the car to run right they rather pick up there car know they don't need to return it cause of something we didn't do. So if the service writer is reading this check on the vehicle and make sure the mechanic is doing his job so you don't get bad reviews like this the only reason I gave you 2 stars is cause you were somewhat nice when I dropped my car off other then that you should have gotten a 1 star. Good business is keeping customers happy with your work and always communicate with mechanic cause there tired and just wanna go home and get tired of seeing the service writer sitting in a air conditioned office, I know I've been there in that air condition office while mechanic are working out in the oven baked shop. read more

A buddy of mine got a flat on the highway and I went over to take it off and go get it swapped. I decided to go here which was the worst idea. The tire split in two across the middle, they got one side off but took about an hour damaging the wheel trying to remove the rest of the tire. It was a warm day today so I waited in my car and went inside to check on the status a few times, 3 out of those 5 times I went in there I saw the wheel sitting on the floor unattended. I would understand if it was a busy but it wasn't. After seeing that my time was being wasted I decided to ask for my wheel back and go next door to Super Tires & Wheels. The guy took a look said he could do it for 100 to remove and install the new wheel. He got it done in 10 minutes, gave him a 20 dollar tip. So don't go here go next door!!! ( front desk service was great, dude even offered me a good price on a new tire but what's the point if the mechanics can't get the job done) read more

I was recommended this shop by a friend who lives in Sac and needed to get work done on my company vehicle I just bought. I drove up from Anaheim (socal) and spent a few days to visit some friends and left the car at the shop for 3 days. Patric was super accommodating and approachable with informing me on what needed to be done. I knew he was being honest because that was exactly what I knew that needed done as well. They knocked out all of the maintenance work I needed quickly and in a timely manner. Timing belt, brakes, suspension, seals, AC recharge and alignment. They actually hooked it up with a rear blower motor that i didn't care much for but included it because he said it was good for the passengers when summer comes around! I think that's pretty reasonable with the amount of work that i paid for and went a little further to take care of my vehicle.
