When one of our cars broke down in another city, we had it towed to RC Motors for repair. Rather than simply fixing the issue and sending us the bill, they took the time to identify that the repair was likely covered under a manufacturer's recall. From there, they handled everything: coordinating directly with the dealership to get the car transferred, overseeing the process, and then verifying that all the work had been completed properly before returning the vehicle to us.
