He told me two weeks ago that my actual hot tub I ordered in January was going to be here that was initially supposed to be the end of March when we moved. Nope, still not here. He continued to push back the time 2 weeks at a time starting in March and I finally got fed up and he delivered a used Mandala model in May... After these literal months of being told our Wellis Lugano was coming and it never did, we finally said we wanted an upgrade (Mandala model) at no additional cost and Keith agreed. Great, right? NOPE. He delivered us a used 2 year old floor model that he did not tell us was not new! It arrives damaged and dirty (photos attached). I should have inspected it better upon delivery but I did not. The panels were broken, the top was the wrong cover, and the LED's did not work. I was told they would order parts and get them over. I agreed to this and shortly after he claims he ordered parts we had issues. The diverter pump stopped working and was stuck on one side, one of the foot jets stopped working, and I still had no replacement parts. These items are still broken to this day after months. This hot tub looks worse than a used one someone would be giving away. Keith told me on 6/24 that a new Lugano model would be here in 2 weeks. We would set deliver for 7/18 (Saturday). That time passes and no contact. I reach out on 7/16 for an update and was told it was on its way from the Wellis warehouse and was told it should be here end of the week ending 7/18 but if not early the following week. On 7/21 I reached out and received a response on 7/22 saying it would now be early the following week. No more info. On 7/29 (Wednesday) I reached out since I had not heard and was told they are trying to figure out delivery. I have heard nothing since then and here we are several weeks after he said it would be here. Then another 2 weeks after that. And still no new hot tub. Keith is a scammer and cannot be trusted. I guess to remedy this it's going to take a miracle. Or the Better Business Bureau, Google and Yelp reviews, filing a complaint with the state, and/or even further actions. Also, I had posted a 1 Star review and Keith asked me to take it down. I should have known better and left it up.

The prices for jewelry repair seem to be more than fair. They recently repaired a clasp on a necklace that has great emotional meaning to my mother-in-law unit and noticed in doing so that some of the beads were weak. They used epoxy of some sort to make an invisible repair and didn't seem to charge anything for the extra work. We are lucky to have such a neat place in the Bonn Shopping Center.

BEWARE...NOT A GOOD PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH!…read more It's been just over 6 months since purchasing my hot tub from Marc. He initially was great over the phone, I really liked him, and the purchase was easy. Of course it was. He was getting my money. Since then, it's been all downhill. HORRIBLE, IF NOT NON-EXISTENT, COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. Keep in mind, he gives a 6 month warranty with his tubs. I trusted Marc, as I had never owned a hot tub before. Big mistake. The hot tub I got was a 110V - plug and play. I was told there were no other special electrical requirements. However, there were other requirements, a 20amp circuit, that I was never told about until he was placing the tub on my patio. This was very expensive to address. He also came by himself to install the tub, so my son and nephew had to help him unload and place the tub. Within a week or so I noticed leaking under the tub, as well as leaking from the valve that controls the direction of the airflow. It took Marc a full 7 days to come take a look. I had to text multiple times for him to finally confirm his repair time. Somehow there was a crack in one of the pipes that had to have happened while the tub was being delivered. He repaired it. It's been fine. He replaced the seal in the directional valve. It still leaks to this day. He's aware of that. At 2.5 months, the hot tub completely quit working. By some miracle, Marc responded promptly and came out the following day, but only because we happened to already have an appt. with him. From what I understood, the heater was faulty and was causing the breaker to trip. Mind you, this was a "new" heater, only a few months old. He replaced it and it has been alright since then as far as I know. At the 3.5 month point, the cover on the tub started tearing where the securing straps attach. Marc installed the clips incorrectly causing too much tension. Also, one of the filter screens had been breaking and deteriorating since I got the tub and at this point there wasn't much left of it. I text him about both issues. He actually responded the same day and said he would look into the cover issue as well as get me a new filter "screen". That was on November 16th, 2019 and I have not heard another word from him, despite multiple attempts to reach him by text and phone. I even tried calling him this morning before writing this review. I really wanted to support a local business man, but people like Marc are why it's best to go with larger reputable companies.

Started looking around at purchasing one and came across Rocky Mountain. The board was used but overall looked in excellent shape. I do a lot of due diligence when making big purchases so I reached out online and chatted with Angel. She was phenomenal from start to finish. Spent literally the entire day chatting, sent additional pictures of the snowboard, helped me with a multitude of questions, and really gave me a vote of confidence in purchasing from Rocky Mountain. Got the snowboard a few weeks ago in pristine condition, packed very well. Had a fresh wax and minor tune-up. I have yet to ride it as I don't live near a mountain, but looking forward to getting it out on the mountain on the next trip. You can rent and buy from some of the big box shops / chains that exist, but supporting a local business - we're all about. Rocky Mountain is amazing - would definitely buy from again. This is an update to my original post-…read more Original post- I was raised that if you break something, you replace it, and I live by that motto, but Bill's Rental are charging me for routine maintenance that should be done on their equipment and telling me that I damaged their equipment. I rented a 6x12, dual axle trailer with a max capacity of 4,000 lbs. I used the trailer for a roll of artificial turf that was 500 lbs. (see picture). After I return the trailer I was told that I caused damage. They send me pictures of a rusted and broken shackle strap (see picture). Anyone that knows trailers will tell you that these need to be replaced for routine maintenance or need replaced if someone puts too much weight in the trailer. The damage waiver that we pay covers routine maintenance and wear and tear but they are claiming that I caused the damage. There is no other damage to the trailer. I'm questioning this extra bill of $430 that they are hitting me with and Brian (downtown store manager) tells me they are going to send me to collections and that I won't be able to rent from them again. That's where I stand now. Still trying to resolve this issue I called back to talk to someone higher than the manager and I'm waiting to hear back from Hunter. Update- After multiple calls to try and resolve this, I get a call from Brian. He said that it was determined that the damage was due to wear and tear and that I do not owe them anything, and that I can rent from them again. While I am relieved that I do not have to deal with collections, I am still not satisfied with the way they handled this situation. They were quick to place blame and were quick to say they were sending me to collections by me just questioning these extra charges. There was no apology offered for the misunderstanding. Oh well, this was just a lesson about where to take my business in the future.

Normally, I would have had to wait at the back of the work ticket list to get my machine looked at and repaired. But they said they would take care of it right away. They diagnosed it having a bad coil and replaced it by the next day under warranty. Super grateful for they way they went out of their way to get me back in business so quickly.
