We struggled with a local printer that we had used multiple times. They did not have the right programs or process and it would be hours of follow up and reformatting. It was a very long and hard process.... BUT we thought the price they gave us made it worth the hassle. In a moment of frustration I called ACME and in minutes we had a quote and professional mock ups. We finalized the deal and the price difference was very minor. They delivered all the swag when the said they would, the communication was easy and clear, and the quality is amazing! We got shirts, sweatshirts, and bags and they turned out really clean. I am so excited to find Acme prints. I ordered leaflets, large banners, T-shirts and hats for my campaign and they look great. I also got great prices - better than anyone else out there that I have checked and I have checked a lot as I am on a small budget - and their service was awesome with fast completion and delivery. AcmePrints was a lifesaver! My band was heading on tour THE NEXT DAY when we realized we had NO large or xlarge shirts. Yeah, we're organized.. Pssh, but that's not the point of this story! I emailed Dan knowing that it was a pretty insane request, he replied super fast telling me they could do it. A member from his team called me on the phone to discuss the project further, and later that day the shirts were ready! It was seriously unexpected and awesome. Have been twice for rush orders in which both occasions they were over the top helpful and courteous and made sure everything was taken care of on time and without breaking the bank. Management is clearly excellent, as everyone is friendly and kind and the facility is very clean and the quality of the work is superb. They were even able to retrieve a graphic file i had used 10 years ago but lost when my computer crashed so i could redo more shirts.
