Came here for Halloween pumpkin patch and my family and I had a good time. Things were extremely expensive and one of the staff members was totally cocked out but we had a great time. Yesterday we went and bought an overpriced Christmas tree. The same tree at Home Depot is almost half the price. I paid premium price because I wanted a premium tree and a premium experience. I got an average tree and what bothered me. The most is that they did not put a bag or net on my tree. They literally just tied it up on the roof of my new truck and Home Depot cuts the tree stump and bags it up for you. Its a nice set up for the kids but very overpriced. First, there is a cost to get in. They have different sections of slides and each area is a different cost. You also have to pay separately for pony ride ($20), train ride ($7). Way overpriced! Hopefully they consider this. read more

It's a very cute Pumpkin Patch, lots to look at and do. The pumpkins are beautifully displayed in a large area. Great for taking photos. There are several rides for younger children and bounce house etc for older kids. Pony rides are available. Workers were friendly and accommodating. read more

Rip off & ghetto. In a sentence, this is for uneducated suckers. I feel bad but you look at what very few patrons are here.. They charge admission and for Each bounce house. All attendants are on their phone, some even have the nerve to be on the phone with speaker phone, Very rude. Unprofessional. And right away they just want your money. Wanted to charge me $14 for a train ride, that's on top of the admission and the bounce house fee. I objected and suddenly it was $7. Wow. And an admission fee for what..? It's just bounce houses fenced off w a separate ticket requirement. So nothing to do or see except look at the bounce houses and bored employees. My toddler was over her bounce house in about 10min. Having 3 small rows of pumpkins when you enter does not mean pumpkin patch! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. No wonder it is so slow on a Saturday @ 12ish-1pm. Most places have a huge line to get in and have hay everywhere, and happy animals. The pony's here I felt so bad for. Will never come again. And I hope that anyone w any sense doesn't either, unless u just wanna bounce and that's $25 or $20 +$3. And a pony ride is $20. This year was not very impressive. We went twice, once on the weekend when it first opened and once on a class field trip. Their costs increased...20 dollars for a pony ride... eek. I like that the jumpers were one price to have access to either the big kid lot or small lot instead of precious years where you had to pay per jumper. However staff this year were not very friendly. The main boss man was great but the rest of the employees were not very kind and for being on a class field trip with kids under 5, a smile here and there would not kill them. We were told different things by different employees regarding the train ride, a parent could ride with the child for 7dollars (one ticket), and we had to buy 2 tickets for both the child and parent to ride. It was really inconsistent and annoying. I would rather drive father next year if this is the trend and is disappointing as at least in previous years the staff was friendly read more

Extremely over priced. Cost us 100 (3 kids, 1 under 3) to get in ride the train and jump on some bounce houses. They don't have prices posted anywhere which could help when making decisions on what to do. Pumpkin Patch Review My experience was different than the other reviewers. It's quite possible that it's due to me visiting on actual Halloween day and not before. Visiting on Halloween had it's negative and it's positive: Negative: There weren't many pumpkins...and the ones that were left were molding and rotten looking in appearance Positive: Upon entering, I saw a sign that said there was a $5 admission fee for taking photos. The admission fee would be applied to a purchase. However, I guess because we were there on Halloween, no one enforced the admission fee: Since I was there to purchase a pumpkin, and of course to take photos of my kids at a pumpkin patch, it was kind of a bust trip for me. However, I will make sure to plan ahead and visit earlier in the season next year. read more

It's been hit or miss, but the hits have been perfect! We've bought pumpkins and Christmas trees here. The people are always friendly and the tree service is super fast. They have a larger staff during for the tree season. There was a particularly good pumpkin harvest in 2015. I have included a couple of pics. Hopefully this year (2017) will be great too. I thought it was ok. It's a small cute little patch! I took all the kids... they rode the train, took pictures at the little photo booths they had, rode the little Animals and that's about it. We spent $18 on 2 medium size pumpkins and went home. They had 2 bounce houses there but we passed on that. Each ride you have to pay in cash. They have an area where u can decorate your pumpkin but the kids wanted to take them home... the staff is friendly and we might come back next year. read more

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree~! This is our 3rd year coming to Acosta's and I am am happy to report that this is the best tree lot in all the South Bay! Their trees are always fresh and they is always a wide selection (sizes, types, color). You name it; they have it. The trees here are more expensive than Home Depot, but are also much better quality. The owner and employees are always so friendly and helpful and most importantly they don't rush you. They just help you find your perfect Tree. Not to mention they do all the heavy lifting and moving for you... Even mounting it to your car. Also, if you bring your tree stand back from the previous year, they will mount your tree to it so you don't have to keep buying a new stand every year. :) One happy customer, right here! This is for the pumpkin patch. We went last year. It is so darn expensive for the pumpkins--ridiculously so, actually. And the bounce house and slides didn't seem particularly sturdy. Not to mention, we paid for a lot for the rides (I think an unlimited wristband or something), only to find out the bounce house was closed due to a vomiting episode, and when my daughter went down the slide, it felt wobbly. What a great pumpkin patch! There are fun rides and slides of kids to enjoy. The selection of pumpkins was very good when I went mid-October. The prices were good as well, I payed $5 for a medium sized pumpkin. They have tea light candles and carving knives available to purchase at the lot as well.
