Great service and selection- we love to support local business so we were willing to spend more money than at Home Depot. For reference - we paid $160 for a 4 foot tree with a stand. So I would not recommend coming here for an inexpensive tree. Great selection of types and sizes. read more

Absolutely terrible! Customer service was horrible . None of the trees have price tags on them and when you find a tree you like, even though it's tagged 7-8ft they come with a measuring stick hold it at angle and say sorry we have to charge you for 9ft. Which by the way 7-8ft is anywhere from $165-$249. And 9ft starts at $250. Absolutely awful. We went there because we wanted to support the small business or the little guy but I will never go there again. read more

We ended up paying more than quoted, which I can live with but what's sad is to see local business owners treat customers in a mean- spirited manner. I will NOT ever buy a tree from them. Do not waste your time or money here, not a place to bring your children or family. You'll get cussed out then buy an overpriced tree. Home Depot is 5 minutes down the road, with a huge beautiful and fresh selection, great prices, and you're allowed to open up trees. We have been going to Debbie's to buy our tree for the last 10 years. We know her personally. But today was the worst experience imaginable. We were harassed by their vulgar and inappropriate employee. She got in my sisters face and used the f-word on multiple occasions. Asking her what her, "f****ing name was and to get "the f**k out". Children had to cover their ears. Then when we went to tell Debbie the owner, her employee kept yelling in our faces saying we were liars. Debbie condoned her employees behavior. This wasn't an isolated incident. Multiple customers were being yelled at. We were looking at trees in the tent, you would imagine if this was not allowed, they would have a sign or politely ask us to allow them to get the trees out for us. There was not many to select from on the floor. We were about to purchase a $300 tree, and so were our other family members. We had them all picked out until the tree police arrived. Buying a tree is suppose to be a joyous and fun family experience. What an absolute nightmare. We happily drove 2 miles down the road to Home Depot and purchased 4 large trees for a third of the price. The employees were kind and immensely helpful at Home Depot. They promised not to cuss us out like Debbie's place. We will not be returning and will be communicating to our friends and community to not purchase from you. This place is not family friendly. They also offer a flocking service for $4.00 per foot. They offer several varietals of trees. The Douglas Firs and Silver Tips are priced at $10.00 per foot and the Noble Firs are $14.00 per foot. They also offer delivery for $25.00 (tip not included). They will have a couple of strong teenagers bring the tree to your house and set it up any way that you want. The service is very personalized and they will help you get just the right tree for any house. I have had wonderful experiences over the years with Debbie & Jeffs. Stopped by today and picked up a few pumpkins. I was immediately greeted by these two adorable loving black labs. Such a friendly and great environment. Can't wait to come back again for my tree. Went here thinking I was going to have a nice time with my wife a small dog but instead I was greeted by two huge black labs that harassed us as soon as we opened the door to our car. Really disappointed with them. My family has bought trees from them for years just to try to support them but when we arrived today the owner Debbie was screaming at a family in front of their kids because they asked if they could get the tree at a lower price. Then when we picked out our tree, we were standing next to it when an employee came over screaming at us because we were standing in the wrong area. The employee started screaming the "f word" over and over at us in front of my little sister. She totally lost it on us and refused to give my father her name. Debbie did not care when we told her what happened. This place is not what Christmas is about. It put us all in a really weird sad mood and we were obviously not the only family treated this way. We went to Home Depo and got a beautiful tree for $65 instead of the $200-$300/tree we would normally spend supporting Debbie and Jeff. I will never go back to the Debbie and Jeff tree lot. Negative stars. I highly recommend the beautiful and fairly priced trees we found at Home Depo and there employees were awesome. read more

So, it's my baby's first Halloween and we wanted pictures at the pumpkin patch and to have him pick out some pumpkins. I got him all dressed up and ready early so we could have some fun before his morning nap. I get to the patch, 10 minutes after 9a, when it's supposed to be open. And it was all gated up! The animals and pumpkins were all there, but no access! I called the number they posted on their website. No answer. I drove around the block and called 2 more times. No answer. I waited outside until 9:30 and left. When you have to bring kids/babies, it is NOT cool to not be open the day before Halloween, when you say you will be! Boo :( Updated to add- we went this year (2016) because my little one had a great play date there. They were open and it seemed nice for the crap location (on super busy Sepulveda) We took lots of pictures, bought their animal feed for the petting area and even bought pumpkins and Debbie couldn't have been more RUDE and dismissive. I cannot believe people allow this sort of business to continue. I will NEVER go back and i will make sure everyone i know is aware of this poor behavior. read more

My daughter had been going to this pumpkin patch for 3 years, trying to support a local business. Tonight we had a horrible experience here. I was here visiting from out of town, and went with her, my other two daughters and my grandchildren. We wandered around looking at the pumpkins and animals and then took a picture with the kids. We then picked out a large pumpkin and as my other daughters were loading the car, we attempted to pay for the pumpkin. It was then that we were basically berated and verbally attached by the owner. She said she couldn't believe we were only buying ONE pumpkin. After all the time we had spent at HER pumpkin patch, the LEAST we could do was buy one pumpkin per mother! She was assuming each of my daughters were mother's... Which they are not. She continued to go on and on complaining about us not spending more money. She complained that people come every year and take advantage of her by just taking pictures and walking around her pumpkin patch but then not buying anything or just buying a small pumpkin. We had purchased a $25 pumpkin, but she obviously didn't care about that. My daughter told her that this was her third year coming to her pumpkin patch... But she wasn't listening to that either. She went on and on and even though my daughter told her she was sorry she was having such troubles... An apology she didn't deserve... She kept berating us for still not buying more. Her tone was so harsh, that my eight year old granddaughter was in tears once we got in the car. So needless to say my daughter will NOT be returning next year to this pumpkin patch and I HIGHLY recommend that you AVOID it with your families!! Bought our tree from a lot near our house in Redondo last year for about $60. This year, that lot was replaced by Debbie & Jeffs. I got one of the smallest trees they had (plus a stand) and it cost me $122!!! It's smaller than the $60 tree I got last year...and the same size as the one my parents got for $40 at Home Depot a few weeks ago.
