After chatting with them last year, we had a moment and were so blessed to be able to get our first and second trees for our new home. I won't be getting my tree from anywhere else. My husband and I typically get our tree from Home Depot every year. This year we wanted to try something different and found Mr Jingles. When we got there we found the most beautiful tree that was so full and perfect for us. It already had a stand on it and they were so helpful with loading it for us on our car. We were a little skeptical about making it all the way home, but they tied it perfectly and we had no issues. When we got it home however, we noticed there was a crack in the stand and the water wouldn't stay. I was so sad. I emailed them and within 5 minutes I had an email back and a call letting me know they were coming within the next few hours to replace the base and give us a free wreath! I was shocked at the great customer service! Chris was so personable and helpful and also apologetic on the phone. Craig came the next hour and fixed the tree stand and gave us an 18in wreath. I will be honest, when I first bought the tree I thought "this is a lot of money and I will probably go back to Home Depot next year". After all this amazing customer service I know I will be back next year. Thank you guys! read more

We have been coming to this lot for years.... Every year, the prices seem to go up, but Mr Jingles bought it, and now the prices are 40% less than what we paid last year, and the trees are now direct from the farm! This was our first year coming to this lot, and they've won us over as customers for life. We usually get our tree at Home Depot, but decided to try out something new this year. After picking up the nicest, fullest tree we've ever had, the gentleman that helped us load it onto my car did a superb job. I usually just throw the twine around a few times, make up some new knot, and hope for the best on the way home. The guy chatted with me and showed me the knots he tied to keep it secure. On the way home we talked about how nice they were, but also were a bit "in shock" at the higher price than we were used to ($140 for our 7ft tree while we usually get 6ft at Home Depot for $90). But we decided it is what it is and next year we'll just go back to Home Depot. We got home, unloaded our tree and filled it with water...only to discover a small crack in the stand that caused the water to leak out. Great. My wife emailed the company and I kid you not, within 5 minutes, her phone rang. It was Chris, who first apologized profusely and told us he wanted to make it right. He said he would send someone out to replace our stand, and throw in a wreath for our troubles. Awesome! An hour later, Craig arrived. Craig was awesome. So apologetic, sincere, and courteous. He took the tree outside to put the new stand on and then set it right back up for us. Then he brought out the wreath which is the big 18" that they sell for almost $70! Once Craig left, my wife and I looked at each other and said we are definitely going to be back next year. Chris, Craig, and everyone else: THANK YOU!! Drove here from Orange only because they flocked their trees. After paying $85 for the tree, an extra $9 per foot charge for flocking wasn't going to happen. The woman that sold me the tree was visibly irritated with me for not purchasing their tree stand for a whopping $40, insisting I "would be paying that much anywhere I went". Her attitude almost lost her my sale. (FYI - I purchased a great tree stand at Walmart for $10) The gentlemen that secured my tree to my car, however, were very helpful and did a great job. I'm sure there are better tree lots to go to find your tree that won't try to dig so deeply into your pockets. read more

We hadn't been there in a few years because prices started to become ridiculous. To our surprise we stopped by to check things out because they truly always had gorgeous trees. We're so very glad we did.... not only with the trees is gorgeous, but the prices were phenomenal. Customer service was amazing, a young lady walked the lot with us opened a few trees we wanted to see, engaged with the kids.It was a wonderful experience.. Ok so let me start out by saying I just moved to Huntington Beach earlier this year from LA. Every Christmas I've gone to Mr. Jingle in Hollywood for their amazing selection of trees. Moving to this side I was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to find a lot that had the same quality of trees and service that I'd always get at Mr. Jingles Hollywood. My brother and I had driven to a couple lots looking for the perfect big tree for our home, and were met with nothing but unreasonably expensive trees that honestly we lacking in greenery. I had found that Mr. Jingles had a lot in brea, so decided to go there after checking out multiple lots close to my house. As per usual I was met with the most beautiful trees, affordable price tags, and a staff happy to help! Maureen helped us when we first got there with everything, and Chris finished ringing us up. They both conversed with us a bit more about Chris' years working for Scott the lot owner, and a little further back story of Scotts family's work in this industry. All in all I'm so happy we were able to get another Mr. Jingles tree!!! We got a 13ft Noble, and I can't wait to put it in my home. It's going to be stunning.
