Now for the "wow" moment -- $32 for the petting zoo alone. Yep, that's just to feed the five animals they had and snap some selfies. And that's without the entrance fee they usually charge on weekends (thankfully waived today). We were told entry was free over the phone, so... mild eye roll there. Will we go back? Probably not. But to be fair, after all my research, most of these pop-up pumpkin patches are charging now, and this one was actually on the cheaper side. In the end, it did what it needed to do -- Mom got her Halloween photo of the grand baby at the pumpkin patch, and that's really all that mattered.

Since that other location closed everyone has been coming to Richfield Pines, which means less options to choose from. We came a week after they opened and man it was slim pickings. They have a large many acre property and you can walk around and pick your tree to take home either same day or on another day. The staff was very friendly and we even had a 10% off coupon we used from I believe their website. We did find a tree eventually, but felt the price was a little steep. We got our tree and brought it home, but no matter what we tried, it still kept looking crooked on our stand. Not sure if he had them cut it too short maybe, but I wasn't really happy with our tree this year. I think this is a great lot with friendly staff and if you're able to come right when they open you will find yourself a beautiful tree. In both instances, I reprimanded the individual, instructing them not to interact with the screen without my explicit permission and to refrain from attempting to coerce me into applying for a Home Depot credit card. This practice is highly unethical and potentially more severe. For customers, it is imperative that you do not permit any employee to operate the self-checkout machine without your express consent. You are entitled to complete your transactions with privacy and without being misled into applying for credit. Do not allow them to interact with the screen unless they explain their intended actions and you provide consent. To management, I respectfully request that you cease promoting this particular practice. It is unethical. Please discontinue this behavior. Note also that Home Depot often utilizes an automated response system for addressing issues on Yelp across numerous stores. The reply is nearly identical on all low-rating posts and requests the user to allocate additional time and visit a disguised URL. This does not constitute customer service nor is it appropriate in this context. However, neither is attempting to manipulate customers into applying for credit!

A kind, middle-aged gentleman (I regret not catching his name!) helped by walking me to that section and must of picked up my "keen skills being a BROWN thumb". He helped me remove most of the aphid bugs (yellow critters that eats all the plant nutrients). I was blessed to even had a butterfly followed me home!! Wow. He even gave me a few helpful tips on planting and caring for it to attract monarchs. Thank you much!!! I also came here to get some pumpkins for upcoming Halloween and they have a wide variety with various prices. All were quite healthy and will be ready for carving in a few weeks. I just had a security door installed and supposedly they came out to make sure I purchase what I need to install it. The day of installation the could not install the lock so he said just call Lowe's see what fits and the call me back but never left a number of his company. I think he just wanted to wash his hands of it by saying in a just the installer. Never will I use their services again.
