We're repeat customers from Mr Jingles Christmas tree. Was only on the 3rd year that I learned from a coworker that she keeps her wrapped up during transport to make it easier, so we asked to do the same this year. It was an extra $5 to re-tie after removing the ties to see the shape at the location. As repeat customers you get a $5 discount. So while it was still a pricet tree, the ease with which to buy it from their lot is worth a lot to us. Trees are great! We had excellent service the entire time. Pricing is good too. My rating is for how they tie the tree down. We've been to this lot 3 years in a row and every year we almost lose our tree while driving. This year I asked the lady to add more string to prevent this and she said the past years she wasn't there but she guaranteed the tree would not move.... As I'm typing this we've pulled over 4 times . The very first time we almost lost our entire tree. Her string snapped while driving. This is the first year we're branching out from buying our tree at Home Depot. So glad we found this location. It was a little hard at first to get someone to help us. They seemed a little understaffed so everyone was busy helping customers. We Lenny helping us, and he saw what size and type of trees we liked and verified the size we were looking for then did one better and found a fresher, beautifully full tree. He was so friendly and engaging with our 3 year old who is obsessed with trucks and tools. He showed him how he'd use the chainsaw to trim the trunk and pointed out his safety goggles to remind the kiddo of the "safety first" rule. Best trees and best prices! I went to 4 places and none had the quality for such a deal! They don't try to rip you off, up sell you, or make you get some "before someone else grabs it." I purchased it on Tuesday night. Delivered on Wednesday. Looked a bit different, branches down, but I thought... I guess shouldn't have picked it out on the dark. But, the tree is sick and dying. Great Customer service! After being to three different Christmas tree lots, trying to compare prices this was the place for me. They are not the cheapest, but the way I was genuinely greeted said it all. These people were happy and helpful, not bothersome, or disinterested. I got my tree flocked, so when I came back on Sunday to pick up the tree My 3yr old, got to go through the bouncy house till his little heart was content. Then the lovely gentleman that did help me told her what to charge me for and she didn't understand what he said so she replied to him... speak English I find that very disrespectful in any senerio but especially because i understood what he said. They mean well but sometimes, even with the purest intentions, meaning well can actually be harmful. Their selection was sub-par. The help was extremely enthusiastic & a great sales person, I believe he was referred to as "Sniper." However, he should just be in charge of sales & have NOTHING to do with removing a tree from its stand or securing the tree to a vehicle. When I found out that the price for the stand was $30+, I politely declined. 15 minutes later, he was still trying to HACK the stand off from the tree. His supervisor at one point even came to intervene, literally begging him to stop once he had seen what was happening & while the supervisor went off to find a hammer, (he was so thrown off that he missed the entire bucket of hammers right in front of him), the helper continued HACKING at the tree. The supervisor kept telling him to stop & wait. But, he simply couldn't control himself & at one point, even ENTHUSIASTICALLY said, "I can't stop," & continued HACKING away. His unsuccessful attempt to free the tree from it's stand included: hacking with a basic hammer, hacking with a metal hammer that looked like a miniature version of Thor's hammer, as well as, twisting, bending, and grappling the tree. He had placed it on top of several bales of hay, that they apparently use for a table instead of using a real table, which allowed the tree to just roll right off after each and every single swing he took. He was in NO WAY gentle when he grabbed the fallen tree, every time it fell off the stack of bales of hay, & this happened OVER AND OVER again. Finally, when the supervisor returned, (empty handed), he scolded his assistant for not supplying him with a hammer, (the assistant was having too much fun, & clearly wanted to buy himself more time to hack away, so, he deliberately sent his supervisor on a dry-run in search for a hammer that was right in front of them the whole time).  Finally, when the supervisor returned, even he had a hard time removing the stand but only because of what mangled mess was left for him to work with. He patiently tried to explain to the helper how to properly remove a tree from it's stand, but, the helper was not listening, he was simply having too much fun. He even proudly & victoriously held up one of the MANY branches that had fallen off during his massacre! At this point I wanted to call it a lost cause but the kid was so determined. It wasn't until I got home & started decorating it that I was able to clearly see all the damage. Broken branches, missing branches, & one branch at the very top had snapped off completely due to the way he tied it to my car. He went over the very top of the tree, over the branches rather than pulling the string through to the trunk and looping the trunk, he lassoed the topmost branches and then came back towards the inside rear passenger door latch, which he tied it to. This tension caused it to snap off completely.  With the top already being pretty bare, it was IMPOSSIBLE to fill in all the dead space. What once was a full, fluffy tree, ended up with huge holes everywhere, which required zip ties to hold branches together to try to fill in the dead spaces, & it STILL has dead space!! I specifically picked out a full one to avoid this!! If it wasn't for the helper's enthusiasm, I would have returned home empty-handed. But now looking at my tree, I wish I did. I'm altogether throwing in the towel here & giving up on Christmas trees ENTIRELY because what's the point of finding the perfect tree if, by the time it's removed from it's stand and loaded onto your car and you get it home, it's anything but perfect? For anyone reading this, make sure you have the white guy with a beard help you should you need the tree removed from the stand and make sure he is the one who secures it to your car, otherwise it's a gamble. Oh, and they don't use any netting, just the cheap thin rope that does more damage than good both to your vehicle and to the tree. Oh well, live and learn.  By the way, they list a 6 foot Douglas for $72 on their website. But I ended up paying $110!! UPDATE: this is the ONLY tree that I've had such difficulty getting it to take in water. I had to fill it with hot water only to continue to clear the sap blockages that were obviously preventing it from taking in water. So, even though the needles themselves are in good shape, (not brittle or dried out and a nice green color), I have HUGE PILES of needles shedding off at the SLIGHTEST TOUCH!! Decorating it WAS NOT A FUN EXPERIENCE!! In fact, this ENTIRE EXPERIENCE has been THE MOST DIFFICULT, the WORST, the MOST UNENJOYABLE, FRUSTRATING, DISAPPOINTING experience, EVER!! Our first year trying out Mr. Jingles tree lot over Home Depot and we were really happy with our decision. We stopped by around 8pm Sunday and Bill helped us out. He was super friendly and knew a lot about the different types of trees. We chose a Douglas fir because they smell amazing! We also thought the price was totally fair. We were not required to purchase the base (as we already have one at home) and we didn't get it wrapped for the car. It looked like just a plastic bag so you can probably skip it and just put a tarp or a blanket down in your car/SUV. Omg! I loved this place. So much variety. I normally take forever to find the PERFECT tree and I found it within minutes. They're all full and fluffy with no bald spots. I got the flocking done on my tree and it is gorgeous!! I absolutely love it!! The staff is very helpful and very sweet. Very patient and check in on you for any questions. The quality of customer service I received here was top notch. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and willing to offer their assistance when they could. This was my first time getting a tree and I went in looking for a very specific size and width in order to try and make my dream tree a reality. Thanks to the kind ladies there, I found exactly what I wanted. The nice trees seemed to go quickly! It's important to arrive at the right time, and in my case, waiting for the new ones to get unloaded was a small inconvenience to be sure I found the right tree. You really can't go wrong here. The prices are reasonable. The tree was delivered quickly and already mounted onto the stand so I didn't have to worry about figuring that out on my own,and could instead focus on decorating it. Rude, condescending, and terrible business people!! Went there tonight to pick out a tree as we have been doing for over 10 years, it has been our family tradition. The tree we picked was clearly marked as a 6'-7' Douglas Fir (we even had a picture standing next to the tree) and we were told we could get the 6' price for being returning customers. As we were about to pay, they told us that they had to charge us the 8' price after giving us incorrect pricing information. The price was not the problem for us. We went to the area where they were preparing the tree to see what they were talking about and then the owner walked over. Instead of trying to understand the situation or even find out what was going on, he immediately began speaking to my mom and I in an extremely degrading and condescending way, accusing us of having changed the tag on the tree! Unbelievable, it was very insulting. He did not care that we had a photo clearly showing the tag on the tree and he continued to talk to us in that nasty way instead of admitting that there may have been an honest mistake on their part and trying to work it out. We ended up leaving right away without a tree. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning and they have ruined this experience for us. This is not the same nice family that used to own this business years ago so please be aware of that before they ruin your experience too! read more

I was in out in less than 20 min. An associated asked if they could help me and I asked if they could tell me the prices of the trees. She said they start at $49 for 6 ft and go up $10 a foot so $59 for 7ft trees. I asked how much was the tree i has happened to be standing by and she said $49. Was very disappointed with the tree. I got Douglas Fir 5 footer and got 3/4/ of a tree the top half was missing so many branches looks like it's missin the top half with just a long foot and half of a stick. Tried to fill the gap with ornaments ans lights but still looks sad on top. I got a 4 food tree with a long stick on top. Paid for the deliver/clean up and when I got home trimmings all over the floor and the sad tree. Moral of the story go and pick out your tree. We've been buying our Christmas trees at this location for about 20 years. Yes, the name has changed a few times, but we see the same friendly faces each year. The tree quality is exceptional and while they might be a little more expensive, it's worth it. Our tree will be up until the Feast of the Epiphany in January and it will still look great. This afternoon we walked into the tent and I spied Bill, who has helped us pick out our trees over the last decade, standing next to the perfect tree while talking to another customer. I walked over to it, walked around it, felt the needles and I looked at my husband and said, What do you think? He replied, I think it looks great! We literally looked at one tree and found the perfect specimen. Bill's been our lucky charm every time. We were in and out of the lot in less than 15 minutes. If I could give this lot 0 stars, I would. Expensive trees, no selection, they're slow as hell, and they have REALLY BAD customer service. The least expensive tree was $39, it wasn't even 3 feet tall and it looked like someone ran over it. The trees looked all the same, except for the one I regretfully purchased. The 2 guys that were helping to bag up the tree and tie it to the car took 30 minutes. By the way, don't buy the $5 bag to wrap it in, it'll rip completely off. Waste of money. I called back to complain about something about the tree, spoke to 3 men, raised their voice at me, and were inconsiderate. The only person who was nice and knew what they were doing was Bill. Joe, on the other hand, should be fired. He was the one that was the most rude out of everyone. He gives this place a bad name. This whole visit was a waste of time and money. I'm never coming back here again. Even if they tried to respond to this review for an explanation of their action, it wouldn't matter. This is the worst service I've ever received. There was only one other review from 2020 when I went to get my tree here and I went in with really low expectations about service as that was a Yelp complaint about this location and some of the other locations. I'm happy to report that the service was fabulous. We were asked multiple times if we had questions, needed anything etc. The staff was helpful with telling us the tree types and prices for the different size ranges. Once we were ready to check out, they were prompt and explained where to go and what to do. They have all kinds of payment methods, including Apple Pay. The associates who tied the tree to the car did a great job and were also prompt. Good selection of trees and lots of space. Everyone there was wearing masks and there were big signs outlining that requirement before walking in. The security guard was a little intense on the way out, he was very skeptical that we had actually paid for everything we got, but at least the associate who helped us with the tree gave us a heads up on it lol. I've been going to this tree lot since before 2000. This year I went and picked out another beautiful tree. The tree was fat and full . I got it home, this time my tree was tooo fat and full, sent a picture to my sister who said it was going to eat me up LOL. I got scared and went to bed, still laughing. Embarrassingly, I went back the very next day, with my hands over my face and asked was there anything we could do. Exchange it, trim it, something. Low and behold, Brendan one of the owners, came to my rescue. Brendan went to my house and trimmed my tree back. I haven't seen it yet, but my neighbor said it looks Great.
