I had to have a consult done at another salon to get this fixed after Caledonia hair company refused to fix them or to refund my money in full . The other salon said it's the biggest mess of hair extensions she's ever seen and the person who did them has no business offering this service and recommended I formally complain to Dreamcatchers. I attempted to resolve this issue with the owner of the company who abruptly hung up on me . This business has unknowledgeable, poorly trained staff and horrible customer service .
