I visited a couple weeks ago as part of my bridal plan, so I scheduled four different services, including three waxes and a facial. I ended up adjusting my package to three of the four services while I was there due to my tolerance with waxing. Upon leaving, the shop STILL CHARGED me for the service that was not provided. I kindly requested to remove the charge and the store would not. I ended up talking to the owner, and she said she would get back with me about refunding my card, and I never heard back. I hope this shop reconsiders their policies and how they treat first time guests. I will definitely not give my business again, nor recommend it to anyone. I have also talked to other friends and they have had much better experiences with intimate waxes at other locations, I would look elsewhere.

However, they use soft wax with strips for Brazilians, but this is my fault for not confirming the type of wax they would use for my service beforehand. My hair is fine and using soft wax, stray hairs tend to get missed and I prefer hard wax for this service for the best results. If you don't mind getting this type of waxing method done for Brazilians then I would recommend.
