I noticed within the first 40 seconds that the driver was driving very slowly. Miraculously, there were no trucks on the street which leads us to Richmond Terrace. He was driving 5 miles per hour!! When he got on Richmond Terrace, he drove slower than the car before him (2 car lengths). I told him I needed to catch the 7:30 ferry. His response as he slowed to a light that was still green, was, "You might make it". The light promptly turned yellow and he made a full stop. He proceeded the rest of the ride in this fashion. Instead of waiting for him to catch each light in St. George, (there are 3 or 4 before you get to ferry entrance), I had him let me off at the outlets AND walked AND made my boat!!! He got the fare NO TIP!! Will never ever take them again!!! Not sure if he wanted me to say that there was something extra if he made the boat, not sure if he just didn't give a damn, not sure of anything BUT know I will not be using them again.
