I've also had Alex come out and he is fantastic as well. I needed to have a pump replaced and a part in my heater done. Not only did they diagnose it, but the guys also caught some problems and fix them proactively without an extra charge. They're scheduling system and payment system are automated and very efficient and easy to navigate. Appointments are made promptly and you were able to confirm from your phone. He was so patient with us and explained the differences between our 3 main options (gas/electric heater/pool solar panels). we decided to install pool solar - Gustavo sent his team out and it was completed in 1.5 days.
